The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the customer service here is good, but the management of the store is awful. I ordered labels that were suppose to ready for pick up in one hour, Saturday morning. It’s now Monday at noon and still no labels. They don’t have any. Staples doesn’t have office supplies guys lol it’s comical.

Copy & Print department: I want to high five and hug every staff member that works in Copy & Print. Right after that, I want to have a serious talk with management.
They have ONE person dealing with online orders, phone calls, walk-​ins, and the printing and cutting! I work with individuals with special needs so I’m made of patience but all the other walk ins I’ve ever encountered either complain and give attitude 100% of the time or throw the employee a pity party while waiting. Either way, everyone leaves asking themselves why they have ONE person doing all of this! Customer service really takes a toll, even if they’re the sweetest girls. At least have two on Saturday!
Unto product and quality — I’m always satisfied. As a freelance graphic designer besides being a full time art teacher, I don’t always have time to send things to print. I don’t know what I would do without Staples same day printing! It’s a life saver! I’ve walked in with a full USB — needing invites, menus, posters, things mounted, etc. and that same day (sometimes within a half hour) I have everything! Definitely recommend, just be ready to wait a while.

I went to the store on a Saturday and it was supposed to open at 10AM and the manager showed up to open the store. The staff was outside waiting and said he will be there at least in 40 minutes. Not very good.

Nice and Neat Store but I can’t shop since they don’t have carts. The 2 they had one was broken and the other some pig left a used diaper (really people).

FANTASTIC customer service. On my last visit I came to buy a file cabinet that was on sale. They were all out in store, but they ordered me one and it was delivered to my house two days later.
Sign up for their rewards program and shipping is free on all orders too. No matter how small an order.

This Staples is better than the one on coral way it has more journal’s for my son at school, the staff is friendly and helpful and this place has great deals and varieties and the journal’s only cost a penny in back to school

This place always has sales going on! Anything I need it’s there with great prices employees are very helpful

They are very helpful and To top it off returns are super easy. Even if you do not have a receipt as long as you take the credit card or debit card which you use to make a purchase you can get your money back.

I gotta say, though they didn’t have what I was looking for, I have to give props to the staff there for trying to help me figure out what I want and where to find it. They have everything from tablets to printers to phone to the usual office supplies so the variety is there but they do not make plaque name tags. gotta keep lookin’!

Really AWESOME place to get office supplies and anything related to office or school work. The staff are super nice – they actually walk you to where you need to go when looking for something – not a lot of stores would do that for you! The prices are pretty decent – I suggest as always sign up for their text messages and email updates on special offers. Because they give out coupons and discounts – IN THIS TIME AND ERA WE ALL NEED THE HELP!

It has a lot of variety but it tends to be overpriced compared to competitors. It’s nice to have close by for those «emergency projects due tomorrow»

Best customer service I have ever encountered. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple months now, but hadn’t gotten the chance. Now, I feel terrible because I don’t have the manager’s (who went above and beyond to help me) name, however, simply because of my experience with him, I will forever be a customer of Staples.
Went on Black Friday 2010 to purchase a camera that came with a free photo printer. When I went in, the camera I wanted was not available at this location, but the printer was. I had been speaking with the guy at the customer service desk, who was checking on line to see if the camera was available at another location. The manager happened to walk by and immediately got on the phone and contacted the manager at another store in Homestead. Within minutes, he told me they had the camera I wanted in Homestead and they were going to hold it for me until I went to pick it up. He told me to pay for the camera then to ensure that I got a printer… I hesitated a bit, only because my friend and I had a full day of shopping planned and trekking over to Homestead was a bit out of the way. However, I was willing to do it.
I guess the manager saw my hesitation and asked me if I could come back to the Kendall location 2 hours later to pick up the camera. Somehow, someway, that camera made it’s way from Homestead to Kendall in less than 2 hours; and exactly 2 hours later, the manager called me to tell me that the camera was waiting for me at the customer service desk in Kendall.
Awesome!!! I don’t know of many retailers that would have gone through such trouble…

This store has a nice location in a mall. The store is super huge, although every time I go there seems nobody buying stuff!@#?? I guess they have their business elsewhere!
The store is neatly arranged with lots of lighting. You can think of anything office wise to get here! prices are ok, sometimes a bit expensive but it is what it is. You will have several options on one item, which is good — you don’t get that at many stores nowadays.

I called the store to buy an HP toner for a work printer. They said they had it and would hold it for us when we get there. We arrived at the store and just like he said. We were in and out quick and the staff and manager were friendly when we asked to do the tax exempt.
The store is brand new and their is ample parking.
