Returned a phone case because it didn’t fit my phone. Y.G. and A.S. (the «helpful» Sprint Store employees) issued a return receipt to a fake name and I’m dealing with the issues related to disputing the charge on my credit card. When I called A.S. to re-​issue the return receipt in my name, he said come pick it up. When I returned to the store, he stated that he could not create the return receipt in my name. So frustrating… and indicative of the small-​time fraud that is rampant in the Miami community. Sprint Store… I don’t trust these guys… and neither should you.
