I came here to get a new SIM card since Apple failed to mention to me that my old sim would not work on the new iPhone. I sat down and waited for someone to help me or acknowledge me at least. After 10 minutes, I went up to Lynn who gladly stopped what she was working on and helped me with my issue. She did a great job resolving my issue. I just wish the customer service was better.

This store will rip you off. I upgraded my iPhone 5 to iPhone 6 and the rep. gave me an LG tablet for«FREE» for upgrading the phone. NEVER mentioned any charges associated with the tablet. I even rejected it 2x as I told him I have an IPad and kindle and don’t need any more devices. He insisted as its free and I said I would send it to my brother out of the country. Well — got my bill with a $ 64.00 charge for $ 15 monthly plan, $ 13 insurance fee and $ 36.00 activation fee. I went over there and told them it most be terrible to lie and cheat people all day long. Beware of any/everything they say/sell to you and check your bill carefully !

This is the first time that Sprint sends me to this branch. I usually buy my phones in the Alhambra location. I had a problem with my power button. So instead of sending me to the old repair location they sent me here. I came here & they examined my phone. Immediately ordered my phone when they saw it wasn’t something that could be fixed immediately. They let me keep my phone until my new one arrived. I unfortunately had been swamped the week my phone arrived. I called & they held the phone until I got there. Really appreciated their patience & professionalism. The store was very clean & organized. They have techs on site outside on the floor. They work on your phone right in front of you. Versus shady places that take it to the back of the store. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait to just pick up my phone. Was a bit longer than what I’m use to. But I have no complaints about the service. If you get there early you can easily find parking.
