Spin Laundry Service

If Unilocal had 0 stars that would be perfect. This place is what you call in Spanish «unos ladrones». I went to Spin Laundry Sunday afternoon to drop off my clothes so they can wash it for me, like I always do every 2 weeks. When I got there the Cashier told me that my total was $ 34.50 and my clothes were 34.5 pounds. It’s $ 1.00 per pound since I had a coupon from their Instagram account, it’s usually $ 1.25. She asked me if I wanted to pay now or when I pick up my clothes, I told her I’ll pay when I pick up my clothes. So Tuesday afternoon I go to pick up my clothes and a different cashier tells me that my total is $ 61.00 and that my clothes weighed 61 pounds. I told her it couldn’t be, I showed her the order receipt the previous cashier had given me saying it was $ 34.50. She kept telling me it’s $ 61.00,that the cashier weighed my clothes wrong, she even told me to weigh the clothes myself !! I found it very disturbing since she kept insisting that I had to pay $ 61, reminder in my receipt it said $ 34.50. So since their worker did my order wrong and the company didn’t even care about the situation at the end I had to pay $ 61. I been dropping off my laundry for over a year with them, but after I see how less they can care about their customers I suggest others to go to another Laundry Service.

As far as coin laundries go, I guess this place is better than most. Cold A/​C, free WIFI, clean machines. I just wish the attendants spoke ENGLISH! !

At first I went there for the Coin Laundry Service (the machines are super new!) and then they told me about their dry cleaning and taylor services! They even pick up and drop off my clothes for free!
This is a family owned business and they also speak spanish!
Their customer services and prices are great!
I would recommend this business to all my friends!
