Spatacular Nails And More

I’m pretty happy with my experience at spatacular nails. Came her from a recommendation from a friend that routinely get gel manis here. She has the tech she prefers, but I can’t tell you who she is because she will be furious as she must schedule her appointments in advance with her.
There’s adequate parking at the strip mall. The salon will have a sign that says «Nails and more» but it’s actually spatacular (I was confused when I first arrived haha.)
The place isn’t luxurious but it’s clean and well laid out. There’s a staff person at the reception desk that keeps track of appointments and payments. They did a pretty good job of remembering your name and service. You can pay with cash or card. Also saw a few men at this salon – guys don’t be shy about keeping up your hands and feet (your partners will appreciate it!)
They have a good selection of nail polish (Essie, opi, and gel.)
First off, I appreciated they asked whether I would like my mani or pedi first.
The mani chairs aren’t the most comfortable, but I did like their mani desks had a hook for your purse/​bag. They also have fans to dry your nails between coats. The technicians did open sterilized packets in front of you wish I appreciated. hey exfoliate and rub in lotion on your hands (feet too!)
Techs also asked what type of shape you would like your nails in. Although I liked my shape, after I left the salon I felt they were too sharp and I had to round out my edges.
Their pedicure chairs are pretty comfy and have message settings. I wish they had more jet pressure though (favorite part of a pedi is the jets in the basin.)
I felt my tech took her time doing my nails (about an hour for my mani + pedi) and I was pleased. She helped me with my bag. Very friendly. You can tell the techs at this salon are in a good mood.
Overall, I recommend this salon. 30 $ is a great price for a mani and pedi and I have to say 3 days after my service, my nails still look good.

A great experience. I went a week ago for mani and pedi. The technician did know how to do a good manicure. She was really careful.
I like to interact with people, but there was a silence sign in the room, so I keep quiet, but there was another lady, technician also, who was talking really loud. For me it was fine, but I think some people were not OK with her. So if you look for some relax time, I will suggest another place or just take a look around, maybe they follow the rule of silence.
The prices were according to the service. If you do mani and pedi, eyebrows wax is free, which is greatttt!
Definitely I will come back.
A lot of variety of colors, specially in OPI that is the brand that I use.

Impeccable manicure, technicians are attentive to detail and perfectionists. This is a very informal salon however, but great manicure!

In my opinion the technicians are very good and very professional doing a very good manicure and pedicure. but unfortunately the bad is the owner Martha I think is her name. I was present one night when the owner abuse the technicians. She takes 3% from the tips left by costumers for the employees every time the customers use the credit card. I think that’s ilegal. Somebody should do something about it. I think she is taking advantage of her employees.

I stopped coming here because the eyebrow lady acted like her job was such a burden. In addition to the rude workers you have the girl at the front desk who acts like she’s doing you a favor when she takes your appointment. Never again

This place runs great when the owner is there. When she’s not is like you let a chicken coop loose. The most arrogant classless women I’ve ever encountered. Maria at the front desk is a nightmare and some of the manicurist particularly those that have been there since they open are trashy. They have no sense of the fact that the customer pays their salary. The last time I was there the manicurist was having a bad day and cut my toe so deep that I still have the scar. Stay away.

Mariesy and Susary did a great job on my mom and I. Very friendly and helpful will definitely be back. The talking did not bother me much.

Ok I finally tried out the salon for a mani and I give this 5 stars since I had only done my eyebrows before. I feel with this visit the receptionist provided excellent service, she was very friendly and personable. What stood out the most is how clean the salon is and it’s pretty quiet with a calming atmosphere, which I can’t say the same for the salon I use to go Toes and Tips… I actually switched because my last experience with the owner was horrible and her table was very dirty. You shouldn’t be thinking about getting some type of nail fungus when you are treating yourself to a mani and pedi. This location uses an autoclave to sanitize their tools, and packages them the same way as medical facilities do. So my nail tech opened up the cuticle clippers from a sterilized surgical pack which stood out. I had my eyebrows done for 2^nd time, again she did a fabulous job. Consistency with eyebrows is key, I’ve gone to so many places, the first time they would do my eyebrows perfect but then the second visit they take out hair they shouldn’t and mess up my shape.

I like this salon because it’s close to work and I can be ready to go and back within the hour (after a mani-​pedi combo). When the techs are busy at their trade, the ambiance is pretty quiet. There’s a «Silence Please» sign on the wall that isn’t always followed, but during a normal afternoon the room is serene. So far I’ve been here several times and have always been attended by a different nail specialist. Each one of them has filed my nails perfectly square as I like them, which is why I keep coming back. Also, they don’t give me a hard time when I damage a nail and come back into the salon. They’re pretty good with keeping appointments and that is important when I’m tight on time. I’m usually here once a week, and definitely plan to keep coming back.

This place is awesome! I’m a guy who really enjoys a good pedicure and I highly recommend their services. Although the salon is mostly tendered for women, I feel fairly comfortable and at ease at Spatacular, The place is really clean, the attendants are all very nice, detail oriented and take pride in what they do.
They have great hours too — you can schedule an appt as early as 7am!

I fell in love at $ 30 mani/​pedi. I was referred here by my sister, and I absolutely love this place. Their polish selection is magnificent and the salon is immaculate. My manicurist (whose name I cannot tell Unilocal because it already takes me 2+ weeks to book her, sorry!) and any other manicurist I’ve gone to has taken their time and are perfectionists. They refuse to let you leave if your nails aren’t perfect. I always leave her feeling ready for the weekend. I love you Spatacular!

I really do like this place so much more than other pricey and not so clean nail salons. The color selection is great. The do a spa scrub with each mani or pedi. The price is on $ 30 for both. I come every week.
My favorites are Jessica, Yaisilet and Leyanis. The place is clean, fairly quiet and so far the service has been really nice. The only complaint I have is that from time to time, the girls can get chatty or answer a call but it’s quick.
Today I had a broken nail and they fixed it with a gel repair kit which is really nice. Most just use some glue and if you’re lucky a little paper as a base.
I have also done my eyebrows here and have left impressed because I usually have a bad reaction to the wax.
So far, this is my favorite place to go and I live across town.
