Sarraff & Son Inc

we bought a counter for a store we opened, it was wobbly. the service was poor. we had to hunt someone down because no one willingly came to offer help, if anything they were scattered around and dodged us multiple times.
now let me tell you about what happened!
so we were outside waiting for them to bring the counter with the glass outside. they took forever!
that day i pulled an all nighter so i went into the back of the truck to close my eyes and guess what. some a-​hole rolled up in a car opened the door, snatched my purse and left with it. i called the cops and when they arrived they asked them for their surveillance, surprise surprise, their cameras weren’t working and the owner/​manager «was out of town at the moment».
did they care? no. did the cops care? no. i lost my composure and cussed everyone out.
i’m far from racist, the man who took my purse was a black man with dreads and both cops were black. they really didn’t seem to care. did i get anything? no.
i had my id’s. car and home keys. Cellular. Credit cards. important religious things that were given to me. ugh what didn’t i have in there.
i’m pretty certain they had something to do with the robbery, the workers didn’t seem concerned whatsoever.

Great service! I really needed to set up my new store and i was able to get everything that i needed and i stayed well within my budget!
