Took 3 watches to get new batteries put in and the leather cuff fixed on one of them, charged me 30 bucks which I think is fair. I also dropped off my daughter’s bracelet to get sized. I forgot about it and picked it up a week later and the lady told me she had been trying to call me, but I didn’t get any phone calls. It cost me ten bucks. People are nice. If you’re looking for high end jewelry though this is not your place. Sell mostly watches. Lots of older, vintage party jewelry, candles and colognes for sale too which I found odd. They have a notary in house I think. Also their credit card machine isn’t working so take cash.
