This store is a complete mess, looks like Jumanji ran thru here. No customer service what so ever and nobody ask if you need help. None of the cashier speak English. Luckily I am bilingual but for a none bilingual person it’ll be hard. Shopping cart everywhere and no sense of order. No manager in site. But I did enjoy the cheap buy on the cheap cloth, just would like a cleaner more organized store.

Possibly the worst Ross in Miami. The store is a complete mess. The only reason I’m giving it 1 star is cause 0 stars is not an option.

Okay, my mother in law just told me yesterday that she was happy that in Ross she does not need to stand in line anymore she can skip everyone because she has a special pass her medicaid card. This will make waiting for other patrons longer.
I hope Ross decides to hire more people because this is gonna have people fighting when someone jumps to the front of the line.
