Ross Dress for Less

Not a great Ross. Very small selection. And extremely disorganized.
It is mostly good for bathroom accessories and home décor. But clothing is scarce.
It opened not too long ago so many they need a while to hike up inventory? But I would definitely recommend traveling a bit further north and visiting the Marshall’s on Kendall and 137. GREAT selection there. I may update my review on this Ross If I revisit in the next couple months and see they have more variety.

I’ve been to this location twice. My only complaint about it would have been that the little amount of merchandise they have were not shelved by size like they have marked.
My experience yesterday afternoon knocked off two stars. Although they had more merchandise than my last visit, it was still not shelved/​hung properly. The toddler/kid’s section, specifically, was a mess. By the time I went through every item on every rack and found the size I needed, a hour had passed. (I had to find a gift for a party a few hours later which is the ONLY reason I didn’t take my business else where)
I finally get to the check out line and of course there’s only ONE cashier open for purchases. The line reached all the way to the end of the taped off section, and even then it took them 10 minutes for someone else to open up a 2^nd register.
Even though I appreciate them trying to get us out at that point, I find it rude for them to make us grab our own receipts from the printer (yes, that happened) and call the next customer before we’ve even put away our wallets. I think I’ll pass on this location til managers are properly trained, or new ones come in.

Brand new store, hasn’t been opened long at all. Been here a couple of times already and I’ve noticed they lack a lot of merchandise. Maybe it’s taking them some time stock up. There’s also as much selection as other Ross stores… from shoes to house items, toys and clothing. I have found some items at a lower price (dog bed, toddler shoes and some shirts), which is why I check out these stores.

Found great sales at this new location (for kids).
The staff was helpful when I asked questions. I kept a star, as they don’t have many shoes or toddler items in stock.
I didnt find any underwear for daughter, which is odd.
Also, there weren’t many options for house stuff or women’s shoes either. I wish they would build their inventory a bit more.
Side note: If you are pregnant, no need to wait in line. They allow you to pay as soon as you are done shopping. I just wish the person at the register wouldn’t have asked me if I was pregnant, i am not, but I did have a baby 4 months ago so I didnt get toooooo offended, but still. They should only ask this if the person is CLEARLY pregnant.
