This store always has great prices. Unfortunately it’s messy most of the time so to find something good will probably take a while. & once you find something you have to check to make sure it’s in good condition. Not a bad place if you want a great bargain!

I love their prices on bags and shoes because at times I find reasonable things that I really like and I buy it but this is one store that is always in a mess. Clothes are all over the floor and the service sucks. The workers make me feel like I am disturbing them when I ask them for help and when I spoke in English to them they seem like they got upset and ask if I don’t speak Spanish. If this place would keep their store tidy and have great customer service it would be amazing.

We come here once in a while. Each time we come the store is a mess. The women’s shoe section is the worst part. Half the staff looks like they don’t want to work. The prices are good though…

This Ross was not as disorganized as I have seen other stores before however the employees are not friendly at all and refused to speak English and looked at me stupid when I was asking a question in English… so I repeated it in Spanish and she had no problem answering me … Really lady? Other than that this was a really stocked store

This Ross is crazy messy.
My biggest pet peeve is that people put clothes back on wrong hangers in the wrong sections so finding your size is a mission.
Basically, shopping here is like shopping at Goodwill. If you have the time, you will leave with awesome things. Keep in mind, you will need over an hour to find what you were looking for.
There are clothes all over the floor. I may be the only person to ever pick up clothing on the floor… You are more likely to find children in between racks than the clothes you were looking for.
The clothes here are affordable and that’s what keeps me coming back. I have to admit a lot of my clothing is from here and the stuff is pretty durable.

Have you ever been on the way to the beach with your daughter & all of a sudden realized you have no bathing suit? Well, my friends, that happened to me! I picked up the Big Girl and was in need of swim trunks, so I stop by this new Ross store. It was a Sunday morning so there was no one in there. This is usually not the case when I’ve gone to other Ross locations. From now on, I will only go to any Ross at the butt crack of dawn or as soon as it opens. The bottom line is I got the shorts Big Girl picked out. The shorts were blue & had a «cool shark, daddy-​o!». Beach day wasn’t ruined!

The store is well organized they have everything from clothes, house hold items, hair products etc. I came here recently to purchase drinking glasses. I found a set of four which i totally liked and the price was really cheap. I was happy and i will be back soon.
