Pizza tastes like dog food. The bread is undercooked and rubbery. The pizza was also dry with barely any sauce and the cheese tasted like feet. I asked the waitress for a couple of tablespoons of extra tomato sauce for the pizza and she said that she would check if she could bring it out because extra sauce was not allowed to leave the kitchen??? Then a few minutes later she approached the table with the manager who said that he could not provide the couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce because this is a company policy!!! I thought i was in the twilight zone… Never heard of such a ridiculous rule. Otherwise, service was slow and inattentive. My fountain drink was never refilled(maybe this has to do with another creative company policy). I am staying away from this place.

Service has been terrible the past few times I’ve visited. Today, pizza was undercooked. Batido de Mamey was too sugary to drink. Waiter sucked and even forgot to bring our sodas and intended to charge. Terrible.

The ABSOLUTEWORSTSERVICEEVER!!! We sat at the bar area for 10 minutes without being acknowledged or given a menu… Then moved to a booth hoping the service would be some what better and sat for almost 20 minutes without a waitress in site! And I know it wasn’t just us– there was about 3 more parties in booths around us with the same problem… Ridiculous.

This place gives Rey’s pizza a bad name. Please tell me how I ask for cheese on my Frita and you tell me here’s no cheese? It’s a damn pizza place come on! This place needs to be shut down and put out of its misery. Never coming back here ever again!!!

If I had the no star option I would use it! This place is so horrible! The food sucks and the service is even worse!!! The waitress asked me to pay before we even began eating and she asked me for my check back two times. She even told us the manager accused her of stealing! It’s so bad!!!

I love me some bread and these pizzas have plenty of it, perhaps even a bit too much even for me. I compare the pizza from here to those from Polo Norte and Montes De Oca. Don’t see anything too splendid about these in particular, same goes for the spaghettis. Back in the day it used to be my to go place when craving a Cuban pizza, as they have several locations and some are 24 hours. Nowadays, and thanks to Unilocal,I find myself wandering around a bit more.

Best Chorizo Pizza in the area. The spaghettis are good, but sometimes come with a lot of sauce, the service not the best, as the personal must handle salon and bar at the same time, but overall Ok. The garlic bread was changed a while ago, the new one is not as good as the previous one.

The service is not the greatest and to top it all off I saw one on the cooks microwave the crema de queso… How terrible is that!

The service here is awful and the taste of the pizza is gross. I ordered two personal pizzas and both pizza orders were incorrect. Instead of banana peppers they put actual bananas(they practically filled the entire pizza with banana slices), I asked for black olives and they placed green olives on both pizzas, and they somehow placed ham on the pizza when I ordered pepperoni. I will make sure to let my family and friends know about their bad service and I will not order from here again.

Been coming to here for years. I usually order to go, and the order is alright right, really quickly, and great typing Cuban style pizza. The pizza are great! Nice golden brown toast, thick bread and not really a crust. The sauce, cheese, ration mix is excellent and love it. The garlic breads are ehhh… they are small and usually dry with garlic on top. They are open 24 hours and have multiple locations along with a wide array of Italian food. Great for those midnight food runs like last night after The Heat one to advance to the Conference Finals

Conveyor belt pizza at its best. Rey’s is the type of pizza that you have to eat with a knife and fork. The slices are thick because of bread, not cheese. The restaurant has tons of seating but the restrooms aren’t big enough to accommodate large crowds. The menu is pretty basic with pizza and sandwiches as the main offerings. There is no pizza by the slice here – only personal pies and large pies. The sandwiches are fairly inexpensive however. A Cuban sandwich costs about $ 5.50 and a Cuban Frita is less than $ 3. As far as the pizza goes, I’m not a fan. This pizza is better suited for kids and lushes because it’s double the carbs than a thin crust pie. Carbs get kids fuller quicker and they also help lushes sober up. I like that they are open 24 hours and that they also serve beer(in case you want to keep that buzz going). There’s also a Columbian restaurant down the way that also stays open late. Maybe you can mix and match. Plenty of parking after hours in case you wanted to hold an impromptu car show. God Bless America…
