Residences At The Falls

Lived here for almost a year now and I really love it. The apartments and closets are hugeee, the association is always very responsive and quick with any issues but at the same time they are not crazy control freaks. The neighbors are nice and the place is always immaculate clean, which is a testament to the how good the association is. They have been making a lot of improvements and updating of the property. There is never an issue with parking either which is great since there is always spaces available. I did not give it 5 stars simply because there is no gym nor hot tubs in the property, which is something I would expect for 5 stars. :) That alone would make this the perfect place to live! The pools are nice though and are always sparkling clean! Plenty of lounge chairs and tennis courts for those who use them. I do think a gym on site would get a lot more usage and resident enjoyment though. For now, its still very good and for the price the nicest most comfortable apartments you will find in the area… believe me, I looked! Location is also great right in Pinecrest and on US1, directly behind the falls and easy access to Palmetto, Downtown Dadeland, South Miami and more. All in all very happy here. Also, no pet fees which is really nice surprise as pets make home, a home. :) All in all very homey and happy here.

Be carefully with your security deposit, they will take some money from you no matter what!!!
