Real Living Residences

This was my first time at Real Living Residences and having spent 12 nights there feel in a position to give a good overall review of both the staff, building and apartment facilities. I started my stay on the 1^st Jan 2016 and what a great location to see in the New year with so many cool restaurants, bars, clubs and art galleries on your doorstep without the need for a car!
The front desk staff deserve a special mention Ricky and Stefan where both fantastic and both extremely professional during my stay offering great local recommendations and customer service throughout. The building is well located in the heart of the rapidly developing Wynwood Art District whilst offering 15min walking distance to the Miami Design District for a extremely high end shopping experience.
There is adequate self parking and security on site with my only negative observation being the terrible pool deck which requires total resurfacing with damaged tiles across most of the deck area (see my attached image), which is a shame as it spoils what could be a great large outside space which I saw no one use during my entire stay!!! The use of the Pilathon gym is a nice touch and offers adequate equipment and a great range of Pilates courses should that be your thing.
Now to the apartments they are absolutely great with a real industrial feel which was perfect for me I stayed in a loft apartment which offers a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedroom areas. The space was great although some of the furniture needs to be replaced and the layout was a bit weird with no natural layout to chill and watch TV. The choice of TV stations is poor and could be improved as there are times when you want to kick back and enjoy the great space, I had to buy a Google Chromecast unit to overcome the lack of TV channels. There is enough space to rearrange at your leisure just remember to put it all back before you check out, and don’t tell them that I told you to mix it up.
The staff at Real Living Residences where super helpful and helped me feel at home within a matter of days of arriving and Mariangel the main point of contact could not do enough to make my stay comfortable. I kept my Cruiser Bike in the apartment and there is also Citi Bike Rental facility across the road which is my recommended way of experiencing the great area and its associated artwork.
Only the Pool Deck stopped me giving the coveted 5 Star Review, come on Cynergi do the right thing and make this a great space for all building users as it is currently a real eyesore and a Health and Safety hazard.

Amazing views very clean. The pool is on 5^th floor. It has a long big infinity pool. Also has a gym. The pool is surrounded vy lounge chairs. Some even have a white meshed gazebo as well as the bar section. You could throw sick party in this hotel/​apartments or just enjoy the sky.
The pool floor needs to be redone. The room floor needs to be cleaned.
