There’s nothing like some delicious ceviche after a grueling kayaking trek from Oleta to the Haulover sandbar. Among the ratchet boats of Miami, is this little gem, floating from place to place, shelling out some bomb ass food. My friend valiently swam after it, dragging our kayaks along to each them, until we finally made it. They serve ceviche in two sizes. First we got the fish ceviche, which was amazing. So my other friend got another order of the mixed ceviche. It comes with a delicious dipping sauce and a little bit of sweet potato, which is brilliant, because the ceviche is kind of spicy. The large size is totally shareable, but I recommend you don’t because it’s too damn good to share. We also got some fun bites, which are mini tequenos. They were equally fantastic and a perfect complement to the fun, sun, and sand.
