The staff was really accommodating. One day I purchased some remote key batteries and I told one of the sales associate that sold the batteries to me that I left one key at home. He used his sales pitch and sold me three because that was the best deal and I could bring the other key and he would install it for me to my convenience.
Well I was in the area and raced over 10 minutes before closing one night and the door was already locked. One sales associate pretended ignore me knocking on the window as the clock ticked 8:55pm. Then the sales associate that sold me the batteries came from the back and saw me knocking he looked at the clock and then opened the door. We had a brief conversation and he said come in. He rapidly put in my battery and then 2 more customers were knocking at the door, he politely turned them down while opening the door for me. I told him thank you so much! I wish I knew his name because his customer service was outstanding!

Radio Shack was the place to go to back in the 90’s then their service and products selection declined in the 2000’s but lately it seems like they are «steppin’ up their game» here-​seriously! So, I needed an Audio Jack for my ride and I was in the area so I decided to check if they carry a good brand. Surprisingly, when I walked in, they immediately greeted me and quickly showed me the best product selection with discounts-​NICE!!! The décor-​modern, nice color scheme and carpeting. The Service-​super helpful, friendly and quick. The prices-​much better for the quality of the items.
