My go to grocery store! I visit Publix about once a week for groceries. Everything is always well stocked and the service is a complete 10 on my scale. I love the publix subs and the deli, though the line can get pretty long at times. They should observe this and add more staff in the evening times. Their cooked foods section is yummy and the bakery always delivers an amazing selection. I’ve used the deli for parties before and I love their chicken tender trays and the mini Cuban sandwiches. The cakes are always on point and I really like that at times they can make an order happen from one day to the next.

This is not my usual publix, therefore I couldn’t find anything while there. Not going to ding them on that, just wish it was a bit more uniform. Most of staff was helpful, I needed lots of help finding items, they assisted. The deli staff, not the friendliest. It was odd, didnt feel like a Publix deli, since the staff at most locations is ALWAYS very friendly. The parking is difficult, and it looks a bit more run down than my usual publix. It is just ok. I prefer my Publix, for sure(kendall and 167).

Terrible customer service and overall attitude of staff… These clerks, sometimes 3 or 4 of them, see you waiting for service and they rudely ignore you… They definitely need to refresh their staff. What happened to the friendly, professional service that we as customers deserve and are entitled to… Other Publix stores I at times attend seem to put the customer first as it should… SAD… .

Every time I come here its good the worst experience. The customers are in a hurry almost pushing you out of the way. The staff just jokes and plays around while you try to shop or wait in line abd the lines are long always. Plus the clientele can’t wait till you finish paying they start swiping their items while you are bagging and the Publix cashiers thinks this is normal!!! To the manager this is normal. Wow they show off and think they cornered the grocery market.

I hate this Publix. Crowded, employees seem to hate their jobs especially in the deli. This is the only Publix that is not out of my way on my way to work and I will still drive to one 10 minutes out of my way not to go here as it will be faster than going to this store. The parking lot is a mess with lazy people parking in the fire lane and leaving their car unattended while the shop even though there is not enough width for cars in both directions to navigate around them. They are often parked in the fire lane and blocking the crosswalk and add a few raindrops and self absorbed people that don’t want to get wet and it is a nightmare just to get your car safely in and out of the parking lot.

First of all we live in MIAMI which has a high concentration on hispanics. In case those who wrote bad reviews prior to my review were not aware Publix stocks merchandise and has different stores according to the area where that particular Publix is located. Which I see that«Blue A,» did recognize in his review. My family and I have been coming here for years and although I agree that this Publix could get really packed, I have always been treated great with the exception of the deli where they can look like their are pretty miserable and have an attitude not to mention that I HATE that they do not toast your sub even though they have a machine. When I know that this Publix will be super packed I just go to the one on 146 Avenue and Coral Way.

These reviews are so off. I couldn’t have had a better experience. This Publix has great staff and service!

Horrible customer service. If you are looking for ANYTHING not popular in Latin culture, you won’t find it here. Which I somewhat understand because of the location being so Hispanic heavy(I am Hispanic too but I enjoy Jalapeño jelly with my cheese and they don’t carry it). Had a sub the other day and the lady had the WORST attitude. Asked me at least 6 times the same question she had just asked. «What kind of sandwich?» A Cuban :goes get bread: «What kind of sandwich?» seriously? I JUSTSAIDCUBAN? This continued with mayo, mustard, cheese and veggies. WHYDOYOUWORKHERE?! Then, the cashier held up the SUPERBUSY line to go and get the right bread for the customer who was using a coupon. Now, some might say THAT’S CUSTOMERSERVICE! but to hold a line of 8 people to go and get the right product so that person can save .75 I don’t think is the right move. The customer should be held responsible for reading the coupon and getting wheat if it says wheat — not white. When I asked the clerk if she couldn’t keep scanning while the customers daughter went to get the bread, she totally ignored me and kept walking. If it wasn’t at the corner of my house I would NEVER go here.

I really hate to leave a two star review on a Publix Store — just because i’ve been to many other locations and I’ve always had pleasant experiences. We moved about 10 blocks away from this location, so we shop here for its convinience. However, this Publix needs a change of management asap. Cars park infront of the store.yes.on the street and create traffic jams. I dont understand why they feel the need to park right outside of the store, when there’s a whole parking lot a couple of meters away! Having said that, if the inside of the store was any better, I would not deduct stars for something that is somewhat out of their control, but the inside is almost as messy and out of control. The lines are always super long, mostly because they only have about 3 to 4 registers open at a time. Good luck finding any products that are not common in the hispanic culture. I had my poor fiancé looking for Quinoa for about 30 minutes. I finally asked a gentleman that worked there if they had any, and he did not know what Quinoa was. He said he had never seen that product.

This Publix is like well any other Publix. I’ve been coming to this location FOREVER(I’ve lived around the area my entire life). I feel like ever time I come to this Publix I run into someone I know, but who hasn’t. Everyone is always very friendly and there for those random questions when your sent to do groceries; even the other costumers.

This is my get away spot. I love Publix but lately, it has been getting a little bit messy. Also, the fruits and veggies have been a bit old. I am a bit disappointed.

Dear Publix, Located on 8th Street, just west of 137th Ave, I was definitely out of my area, but we were visiting with a friend and in need of some beer. So off to your store we came. You are in a busy shopping center, but you are a rather large store, although I could tell that you probably get extremely busy during the day and weekends. Also, this is the closest Publix to the Miccosukee reservation, so you get traffic from there as well. The beer selection was not as diverse as my local Publix, but we still managed to find some good brews. I opted for the large cans of Boddington’s. It was my first time trying it and I was not disappointed by the taste. We also managed to hunt down some snacks, including Publix frozen pizzas, caramel nut cheesecake, and organic cashews. I noticed that the bakery and ice cream/dessert coolers were smaller than in most stores, as it was off to a corner. Overall an OK Publix in the middle of a busy area of Miami. Thanks, SabrinaAnna*
