Publix

I come to this Publix for the convenience. However, it’s a much smaller store than the others in the area. This means it can be a little more crowded to push your cart through, with narrower aisles and tighter corners. The items are also a bit more packed together. They may also have a slightly smaller selection of some types of foods, though this hasn’t been too much of an issue for me yet.

The women at the bakery here have a very bad attitude! What happened to the Publix I love where people love their jobs and want to help customers … Sticking to the one in the crossings from now on… Publix in Market Square Where Shopping Means Treat Your Customers Like Their Bothering You!

This is the friendliest, cleanest, and most service-​oriented supermarket I’ve EVER been to!!! I’ve shopped here since they opened about 2−½, 3 years ago, and it never ceases to amaze me that employees are so jovial and good-​natured. If they see you taking your time to decide which brand or which size to choose, they’ll come up to you and ask if you need help. If they pass you in the aisle, they’ll say hello. They’ll gladly answer any questions you may ask any clerk in the store. Once I asked one of their stock young men for a particular Spanish cupcake; he stopped what he was doing and took me four aisles down, picked out the product, and handed it to me. Another time, one of the butchers took time to explain to me the difference between two different cuts of meat. The cashiers also are very professional and pleasant, and usually ask you if you were able to find everything you needed. This is a neighborhood-​size store-​not a super large one-​but they have a good selection of everything, and they are within a mile of where I live. Keep up the good work!

This Publix is great because it’s never too packed like others. I come here often and everyone is so nice and friendly. The butchers are always willing to help me with special cuts of thin filet mignon for my grandma. I love that Publix will return any item regardless of why you are returning it. I would like to see a wider organic selection though. In general they have everything you could possibly ask for !

This by far is my favorite Publix! The employees are overly helpful and kind. They love to spark up conversations, make jokes… and it is not only the younger employees, it is all their employees which is great because you it puts you in a great mood, groceries are fun, and when letting go a couple hundred dollars at the cashier makes it not as bad because you’re distracted lol.
The fruit and veggie section is not the biggest but always in stock, and always fresh. The fresh fish section is tiny, but again always on point. The manager walks around looking throughout the store making sure everything is on point, and if any one needs assistance.
The sub section, is fabulous they are quick to keep the line moving.
Bakery, adoreeeeeeeeeeeee they are very helpful. I was going to do a cake, and they took their time suggesting ideas etc. etc. loveeeeeeee
I have not had a bad experience here.
One thing they can add is having cold Starbucks frapps & Arizona ice teas in the mini fridges — that would send them over the top.

This isn’t the biggest Publix out there, but there’s nothing more convenient for me! The staff here has always bee friendly and the place is very clean. I also love that I can get gift cards for people or rent movies from their blockbuster express.

It might not be the biggest Publix that I usually love, but sometimes it is easier to find stuff in small places like this! This is a super friendly Publix, you are looking for stuff and staff ask you if you need help… there you go! They are very different from the other Publix Supermarkets! It’s conveniently close to my house, although I do see some traffic. I can’t imagine when this plaza will have ALL its tenants… parking will be crazy! Publix please open one stand stores only?!&$$???
Quick tip when the mall is full of tenants, go to the supermarket on odd hours!!!

This is going to my second favorite Publix! I have never felt so much gratitude to any Publix before! I have recently hurt my eye and I have been getting stares from passé-​bys. Only one person offered to help me – beside my mother – while other people watched me. I don’t like the attention. That person who offered to help me was an employee of Publix. When I told her I was okay, but thanked her. She kept an eye out to help me if I did need help. Honestly, that took me by surprised because everyone else just watched me. After that, other Publix employees offered me help when I was walking through out the store.
I’m going to call the store to let them know that they have great people working for them.
