The website allowed a «free ship» order, only to be told I needed to pay an additional almost– $ 500 to ship – AFTER accepting the order and my credit card. I cancelled the order via online chat and was told the order was cancelled(copied the online chat to keep records) and then they charged my credit card $ 1555 three days later. Every time I called to see what was going on, Angie(the online & phone customer service rep) would disconnect my chat or hang up. Called from a different phone, complaining of fraud, and now she sends me a «you will be receiving a credit” – 2 weeks later. Bad, bad, BAD customer service. It seems like Angie was the only game in town, and no one was supervising her actions nor could I call anywhere else. Don’t know about the product, won’t receive… but probably the worst online time-wasting company I’ve ever dealt with.
