Second time there and does not disappoint. As good or better than my first time. The pizza is delicious. The ingredients taste fresh. The crust is light and perfect and crusty. Starting to be my favorite pizza place. Small place nothing fancy. Great for pick up or delivery. Loving this gem of a pizza joint…

This place recently opened up and I’m a pizza lover so I had to try it out. NYC pizza tops all pizza and I am constantly trying to find that right pizza i can have delivered to my home whenever I’m craving NY style pizza but I have yet to find it. Back to my review. Ordered a cheese pizza. They had no specials and just one size If I’m not wrong. Took them quite some time to deliver my order and I live awfully close. I let it slide because they just opened up. I also let slide the fact that the person delivering my pizza had no idea where my home was. She just couldn’t find it… Did I mention I live way too close? So this delivery driver calls me and explains she can not find my home and sounds extremely frustrated so I get frustrated. She begins to give me lots of attitude because she can’t find my home and like I said I was extremely nice about her situation but also frustrated :) and so I kept calm and collective and let it go. She finally arrived. Pizza was cold and too crispy for me. I don’t know if I’ll order again from them. I just think they should know that as a new spot they should really learn how to deal with customers. w

The thinest, crispiest, and tastiest pizza in Miami. Not yet a franchise, this little pizza place is a hidden gem Kendall. Drove from South Miami because of the reviews and it was totally worth it. The kids loved it, we loved it. The Hawaiian pizza has toasted coconut and the best quality ham. The service took it to another level. Super friendly and the pizza came out super fast. Will definitely be back often. My new favorite pizza place. The music is good too!!!

The pizza was wonderful. I grew up up North always on the hunt for good pizza. We ordered a cheese and 786 pie, they where both good . Will order again.

What a cool pizza spot we discovered today. An auntie and her nephew run this pizzeria which my family and myself had the pleasure of meeting them. Let me start by saying They use fresh ingredients and hand make the pizza which came out fresh and hot! We also enjoyed the fresh garlic rolls made with real garlic. We definitely come back. The service was great and the place is very clean. Lots of parking out front.

I finally had the chance to try Pizza Project, and I wasn’t disappointed. The woman(owner?) who took our order walked us through our options and made suggestions. We decided on the garlic knots and a pizza that was half Goodfellas and half Hawaiian without the ham. The garlic knots had lots of butter and garlic and were very yummy. I think 6 came in the order. The pizza was made fresh while we waited, and you can see it being tossed and put in the oven from your table. I’m always a fan of seeing what’s going on with my food. Both pizzas were great. The Hawaiian has little flakes of coconut on it, which is a twist I haven’t seen before and gave it a nice little sweetness with the occasional crunch. The tomato and basil on the Goodfellas tasted fresh. I’d definitely come back, and when I do I’ll be trying the buffalo chicken pizza. I was told the chicken gets marinated in the sauce, so it should be good.

SO. FREAKING. YUMMY. I love pizza. All kinds of pizza. But, like family, even if you love them all you still have a favorite. This is my new favorite. Located in a little, unassuming shopping center, Pizza Project is truly delicious. The kind of place that has such a laid back vibe that you would go back just to hang out. The garlic rolls are super fresh and have the best yeasty taste that is complemented and not overwhelmed by the garlic. The pizza is thin but not soggy. With little pepperonis that curl at the corners and are just the right amount of savory and spice. The highlight is definitely the cheese. It tastes like REAL mozzarella. Stringy and melty without falling off when you bite. A definite must try!

Awesome food. Friendly staff and awesome customer service. The pizza is thin and crunchy. Tasty food, and the atmosphere in the store is similar to New York styled pizza places. I will definitely recommend to my friends, and my return is inevitable.

Yes the food was exactly what my bf & I were looking for but what really got me was the customer service… The woman taking our orders was sweet and the chefs were so friendly and attentive! That right there deserves 5 stars by itself… Any Miami native knows quality customer service is here to come by these days. To start off, I recommend the garlic knots. Not too greasy and they come with marinara sauce to dip in. For pizza, we ordered the 18′ pie half cheese and half pepperoni and caramelized onions… Greasy, full of flavor and with a thin crust just how we like it! While we were there, we saw tons of people getting take-out and I read that delivery was free. The prices are reasonable making it easy to come back!

Let me make this clear, I do not like leaving negative reviews but I also do not like being fooled by fictitious reviews. I’m usually very skeptical when a new restaurant has so many positive reviews and I welcome the challenge of debunking them. The location is in a very small plaza with not much happening aside from the extremely hyped up «Tacos &Tattoos» which was great when they first started. This pizza joint seems to be trying to emulate the«hipster» approach of their neighbor and they fall very short of GOODPIZZA. They are extremely friendly and professional and it’s unfortunate that the pizza does not match their service. The pizza was lacking in quality cheese and the crust was very hard and overcooked. The pepperoni was beyond greasy and the pizza had the consistency of cardboard. I’m from up north so I fold my pizza and eat it with my hands and this pizza was not enjoyable at all. So price wise the damage was $ 25 for an 18″ Pie and two bottle cokes. The 3 stars are for the friendly service and they genuinely seem like nice people. The pizza itself gets 1 star.

So, like many others I went to Tacos and Tattoos and I saw this cute little pizza place next door. I told my brother«we HAVE to go there» because I am a lover of pizza.(I mean who isn’t?!) Anyways, today after class my brother ordered through the phone and I had the pleasure of picking it up. As soon as I walked in to this little gem, the delicious smell of pizza filled the air. I was already imagining how scrumptious it must actually be. The whole ride home I was trying to hold my anxiety of wanting to eat it already. Finally got home and I was more than happy with my heavenly pizza. For sure going back to try some different ones. I had a large pepperoni and onions pizza.(No. I did not eat the whole thing by myself) My favorite part was the fact that it’s thin crust pizza. It’s my favorite type! Can’t wait to go back!

Lately I have been searching for pizza on Unilocal, hoping that something like Blaze will open shop on this side of county line. Instead I noticed this place Pizza Project. I hate soggy pizza so this place totally gets my love for the crispy crust. The guy making the pizza told me that they use high gluten flour(oh if that sounds evil to you they also offer gluten free dough) and no egg to make this delicious crust. The toppings are mostly traditional with a few twists, such as adding coconut shreds to Hawaiian. We tried a few slices, and the pepperoni turns out to be a favorite. Reason? The small slices of «old world style» pepperoni curl into cute little cups, giving a crispier texture and a more intense flavor. You don’t see this often in Miami, and never at the chains. Here the pizza only comes in one size: 18 inches. They do offer slices for $ 3, or lunch specials of 2 slices(or 1 slice + salad) with a drink for $ 6. There are quite a few choices of slices, though as usual, the ones I want most to try is not available. The caesar salad came out drenched in dressing and way too salty, so I’d stay with the pies next time.

Finally! A slice to break the curse of sabal chase! We live walking distance from Pizza Project and have unfortunately had the worst pizza joints in Miami in our little shopping center. We just had the pleasure of grabbing a slice from a very friendly family in a CLEANNNNN spot. The slice has all the qualities of what makes pizza 5 stars. Crispy but not burned crust, gooey delicious cheese, and slighty sweet sauce thats not too thick or pasty. They also use those delicious baby pepperonis that I love! Ill be back soon!

Awesome, hidden little gem of a pizza shop. We made the drive to Tacos & Tattoos, only to realize we would have to wait forever to be seated since they were jam packed. Ended up discovering what is now our absolute favorite pizza place. The owners were so awesome — they were open to conversation with us, and even asked us for feedback. Now, as far as feedback goes, I really wish they offered fountain drinks, not just cans and bottles. Not a deal breaker for us, though. The pizza was huge, cooked perfectly, and tasted just as great the next day when I was having a slice from our leftovers. All in all, great service and great food. Oh! Oh! How could I forget to mention their garlic knots!?! They were delish! Unlike every other pizza joint I’ve been to, they leave the oil/garlic on the side so you can control the flavor. Love love loved it!

I need to review this place like WHOA. It seems I moved to the tiny Kendall commune of Sabal Chase just in time to see it’s restaurant star rise. Not only did I arrive to see the epic beginning of Tacos and Tattoos, now I get to watch the humble little Pizza Project climb it’s way up the eating echelons of Kendall. Look here, ye uninitiated, this place is the real deal. Start with the perfect in-house high-gluten dough, pulled Brooklyn style. Next, add gourmet toppings with abandon, like gorgonzola, goat cheese, arugula or local roasted veggies. Feel free to go where your sauce whims take you, as their white, pesto and red sauces are all equally delectable. Request rando food condiments of the day. Not only can you indulge in a Hawaiian pizza topped with TOASTEDCOCONUT, or a Margherita pie topped with local mozz, but sometimes they’ll have a homemade aioli or two to compliment your impending meal. Warning, they only serve 18″ pies, so your meal will be either formidable or your fridge full of delicious left-overs. But prices are *extremely* reasonable. Enjoy!

Let me start off by saying that, in general, I love new places and this is a GREAT new place. The staff is patient and friendly. The ingredients are flavorful and fresh. The pizza was made right before my eyes. Fantastic! I know exactly went on my pie, no surprises. Since it is a new place, I go nuts. I ask a million questions, I need to know everything. The staff were unphased by my curiosity, smiles and laughs from beginning to end. It makes me feel like I’m eating pizza at my Tia’s place. You can’t beat eating in an ambiance like that. The pizza was fantastic. Thin, crispy bottomed, tasty toppings and unbelievably fresh. My fiancée and I tried a slice of the garlic-tomato-basil and half of a peperone-mushroom pie. Delicious! The tomatoes on the first slice were super fresh and juicy. The peperonis on the second slice were spicy peperonis, my favorite. Overall a great place for fantastic pizza and right in my neighborhood, perfect.
