I’m a NY pizza girl –this is the second time we ordered from Pie Ducks — delish ! I’m an old school marguerite and my husband loves BBQ –the best I ever had ! (besides what I make) But when u work hard nice to have a delish pie delivered ! Love the ½ & ½ option — thanks

Always order delivery and they never mess up the order. Being from NJ reminds my of the most delicious NY pizza you can think of. Perfect sauce, bread and cheese. Mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I placed an order online like I have done on numerous occasions. After more than one hour of receiving no answer, I called to inquire about my order. The snarky girl who answered the phone told me that the driver could not find the address and claimed my phone number was wrong so no one bothered to try to contact me. Not only have they delivered to this address dozens of times, they have my phone number in the system and they have my email address. After I called to complain, the driver somehow magically found the address with no explanation given. Product is poor and customer service is downright offensive.

The Barbecue Chicken pizza was pretty good. The rest was just meh. My search for a decent pizza place in Miami still continues…

HORRIBLE experience. When my pizza came to my door 45 minutes after I ordered it, it was cold and the toppings (mushrooms and green peppers) were raw on it. When I picked up a slice of pizza the toppings just fell off.
I called to complain and they said they would send over another pizza right away. After an hour I called back and they said they got busy and they wouldn’t be able to deliver my pizza for another hour and a half. When I said that I couldn’t wait that long the girl said she would just refund me the money. I asked if I could come pick it up and she got very rude with me and asked «Do you want another pizza or do you want your money back???» When I asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. I called back and the manager answered and said she would get another pizza over to me in 15 min. After all this treatment I’m a little shocked at the service. I won’t be getting this pizza again. I order pizza because I want it to come cooked and on time.

This used to be my go to pizza place in Brickell. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza and the service provided by Pieducks staff has significantly dropped over the past year. I’m sad to say I’ll have to find a new pizza place.
Quality:
The «Lisboa Pie» used to be amazing. It used to come fully loaded with ham, olives, onion, boiled eggs and a crunchy crust — the perfect Portuguese pizza — just like the Portuguese style pizza you can get in Brazil. The quality was so good that I didn’t mind paying $ 29.30 for this pizza.
This past year the Lisboa pie would arrive with either too much sauce, shreds of ham instead of full ham (as a Portuguese pie should have), key ingredients missing, soggy crust and the pizza would arrive COLD. Complete rip off for a $ 29.30 pizza!!!
Service:
I called to complain about the quality of the pizza. I was given terrible attitude by management. Against my better judgment, I continued ordering from Pieducks and the quality of the pizza continued to disappoint.
It’s time to officially call this place what it is — an overpriced pizza joint with bad pizza.

Best pizza in downtown/​Brickell. Delivery is always hot and fresh and consistent. Thank you! Only suggestion — wish you offered a gluten free crust option.

I love this place. Compared to most of the places in brickell, it really can’t be beat. It’s kinda pricy but I feel like it’s worth it.

Great pizza. Great service. I ordered a pizza for delivery last night and everything from delivery time to pizza quality was perfect. I’m here in Miami on vacation and had the pizza delivered to my hotel room. I ordered online, and it didn’t give me an option to add ranch dipping sauce on the side. So I asked for some in the additional comments and mentioned that I would be happy to pay. They added it to my order free of charge! The pizza itself was lovely. Great quality. I will definitely be ordering again should I end up in Miami on vacation in future!

The worst service and attitude I have seen for some time. And, there is no magic to their pizza as well. Their only claim to fame was their convenience. That’s over now.
I have been ordering from them since they opened. Something must have changed. The manager, Mary, also appears clueless and could care less about customer service.
Stay away!!!
There are so many other choices in the Brickell area… Tutta Pizza is much better and they have a great attitude.

We always start with a Quattro to get the flavors of different cheeses then we add fresh garlic and tomatoes. We added mushrooms to ½ of our pizza and the other half with Calabrese sausage and Bammmm there it is an amazing outstanding pizza

Ordered delivery of the Calabria pizza and it was really good! A little small for a medium and a bit pricey though. Next time I would order a large for sure. Delivery was fairly quick. I’d be curious to try their other options next time I’m in the area.

Fast delivery right to room in hotel. Great pizza ordered regular cheese pizza and was perfect brick oven only 1.75 for delivery. Highly recommend.

As far as NY style pizza goes (in Miami), you can’t lose with pieducks. This pizza joint is in a class of its own in south Florida. The crust is thin and the pizza is out of this world. Have been here multiple times and it’s always been off the chain. I heart Pieducks and you will too.

Pathetic — I went there with 5 people to try the pizza, and while 3 of them parked the car, my girlfriend and I asked to use the restroom — we were denied the key, unless we ordered before… I explained that I could not order before knowing what they wanted, and offered to buy water before they arrived, and they REFUSED to let us use the restroom!!! If this is not illegal, it should be!
Result: we took our business next door to the cuban place — excellent, by the way — and I will NEVER go back there, and if asked, I will NEVER recommend that place. IDIOTS!

Another pizza place, but a little different.
Starting with an open what seems to be a brick oven.
Basically it’s in the back of the open seating area, you order you typical pizza with fresh ingredients and they place it in this open brick oven,
Good pizza a little different also on the thin crust side.
They deliver

This is the absolute best pizza ever. I’ve been a customer since they opened a few years ago. The pies are a bit pricey, but I guarantee, if you like pepperoni pizza, you will love Pieducks. They use small pepperoni that get nice and crispy, and plenty of them also. The sauce is super flavorful, and has the perfect balance of savory with a hint of sweetness from good quality tomatoes. I’m a fan of «light» handed cheese on my pizza, and this helps the thin crust stay nice and crispy. This is a must try. Get the pepperoni pizza. You will keep going back. Don’t cringe at the prices, just throw your wallet at the front door and don’t look back.
Update:
Had a bad experience with delivery here. The pizza was inedible. I called and they redelivered a new $ 35 pizza but only after some hassle. And I was told they would pick up the bad pizza «and that it better all be there». Seriously, I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened years ago. They were rude about the whole thing. I am dropping from five stars to two and probably will not order from here again. Anthony’s coal fire is better anyway.

Worst customer service ever! They sent my online order to the wrong address. My email
Receipt even had directions to the delivey address. The lady on the phone could not even say sorry! And would not aknowledge their mistake .Yes i was mad at them
And told them they suck, when asked to talk to a manager was told to call after 4 and the hanged up.
Never order again!

My boyfriend loves this place, and when I can’t convince him to order domino’s, this is our go to place. He loves the bacon pie. I gotta say it’s pretty yummy but it’s soooo greasy. I can’t really make a habit of always ordering from here because of that and how long their deliveries take. It’s a bummer cuz by the time the pizza arrives I am ravenous and starvicious so I never really get to fully enjoy it. I think I will try another one of their pies next time, and have a snack before ordering to see if that changes my overall experience.

I’m very picky with my pizza these days. The older I get the more I demand and expect perfection (funny how age makes you appreciate the good things, right?) Pieducks does not serve perfect pizza, but it comes pretty darn close. I usually order pick-​up because this place is dangerously close to my house. Not to mention that delivery takes ridiculously long!
The only problem I have with them is that their pizza is hit or miss sometimes. Sometimes it’s so greasy that it makes their dough super soggy. I personally prefer a crispier dough. Maybe I should start asking for «extra crispy» when I call? Otherwise their ingredients are always very fresh. Their cheese is absolutely delicious and not chewy and rubbery like other places (coughCasolascough). Their pepperoni is the small spicy kind that gets the perfect crispy edges (yum!).
