I am a patient of Dr. Choy. He was my grandmothers and my grandfathers physician. My grandmother passed away at the age of 100. She had been his patient for over 20 years. She and my grandfather went to Dadeland and Dinner every night. They were amazing. I really feel that your physician also helps in your aging. My mother and my father are patients of him as well as my siblings. I am very happy with the way he always treats us. I have recommended Dr. Choy to my family and will continue. I am extremely satisfied with his knowledge and his reputation. It is so sad that one person has tried to destroy him. But his patients love him and will continue being his patients.

Before you see this doctor you should know that Mr. Choy has a history of engaging in deceptive practices, misrepresenting himself as a specialist, and overlooking life threatening conditions. Please take the time to listen to item number 43 within the link provided below. It is a disciplinary hearing before the Florida Board of Medicine for Dr. Choy’s negligence which contributed to the non-treatment and ultimate death of my grandmother. It will also brief you on his history of deception in multiple states, which includes misrepresenting as a board certified specialist and alteration of medical records.

Not many people review doctors… but they should. I went here today and although my waiting room experience wasnt the best, my doctor experience was good. Peter shares an office with Dr Ricardo Calogne and I saw Dr Calogne. He was very good. I went in for a yearly physical(something I haven’t done in years), and overall my visit was good. I liked that he asked questions and that he didn’t seem rushed. I would recommend him. If you look at the reviews for Mercy hospital you will see that they all mention how outdated and old the hospital is. This practice is in the Professional Building of the hospital and it really is no exception. The hallways look very outdated. I wish Dr Calogne office staff was a little nicer. .friendlier. I have an HMO and hadnt assigned him as my PCP and they weren’t very nice. They said–«well you have to do that or else we can’t see you.» I got it done there in the waiting room and it was no big deal. It just would have been nice if they helped me get Atena number. or even if they were just a little nicer in the way they said it. I was the only person there, so they werent rushed. It was just strange. Anyhoooo. The doc was good. I recommend.
