Vulgar, rude employees. I came a Sunday at 6 pm hoping it was still open and when I opened the door, the rude employee yells at me saying that they’re closed and that I should not enter and repeats DO NOT ENTER! as if one is a delinquent. I expressed my opinion to her clearly and left the door to never come back. I have worked in retail before. There is nothing better than time to close and go home but you are never, ever rude with the customers. You lock the door and apologize for not being able to help them and ask them to come back the next day. That is customer service.

I came in. Was immediately helped yesterday. Not only did the lady helping me find the shoe I was looking for, she offered a prettier wedge that was the last one in the store.
For the style, comfort and price, a bargain shopper cannot go wrong here! Plus, it was more organized and cleaner than most Payless I have walked into!
