I have been using Pak Center for a while, and absolutely love it!!! The service is personalized, timely and very professional. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond for their cusotmers! I would DEFINITELY recommend Pak Center for anyone needing shipping services, both local and international.

My husband is a very loyal customer of Javi’s Pak Center. He is always very helpful and attentive to all of his shipping needs, and man does he have! He literally ships a lot of boxes a month both in the US and Internationally.

If I could give zero stars I would. Excuse after excuse for non delivery — from weather (gorgeous weather in Florida) to the lack of the proper size truck for transport. The driver was told I would have a forklift at my home to help him get the furniture off the truck! News to me! The driver had inadequate tools to remove the items from the truck. My husband had to help as did a homeless person passing by. DO NOT EVER USE DHL.

As a recurring customer, I must admit these guys are top notch. I ship to Chile often but due to location constraints I haven’t been able to make it in to their store as often as I wanted but they discounted heavily to accommodate frequent shippers and saved me enough money to make the drive from Homestead viable. If you ship often use them, if you don’t use them; as owner operators they are top notch and handle all customs forms and customer service on site. I recommend them highly

Went here a couple days ago to ship some DVDs. The staff is very friendly and greets you upon entering the establishment. Seems to be an independently run store. The store is very small and doesn’t have a lot of counter space. But I did notice they sold lotto tickets haha. Very helpful service from the staff members!
