Origins At the Falls

I usually just buy my products on their website with free shipping. Occasionally I do need to go to the store when I can’t decide between say two moisturizers of something.
The staff varies but for the most part, they are really friendly when you walk in. Whoo hoo! Fresh meat! Yes, they do try to convince you to buy the whole kit n’ caboodle. And yes, some do tend to get a bit standoffish when you say that you only came in for that one product. So I am assuming that maybe they work on commission? But it doesn’t stop me from shopping there. No one can make me part with my money unless I really want to! :-)
I go in, buy my stuff and usually get a sample as well.
The store is always bright, clean and neatly displayed. You can test to your heart’s content. I do love thir products and love their hassle free return policy. Their prices are reasonable.

I’ve walked past this place a hundred times in my years of shopping at The Falls. Being pregnant there are so many limitations as to what skincare products one can use due to some chemicals’ effect on the baby, so I decided to stroll in and see if they had anything safe for me to use to cleanse my gorgeous glowing complexion (that’s what people say!) I was greeted by Christie who was very sweet, helpful, and knew the products well. She was enthusiastic about the products she was presenting and provided relevant information. She was patient enough to wait for me to Google certain ingredients in the product to check for safety. I walked out with a cleanser — which 2 weeks later I can say is my favorite cleanser ever (Checks and Balances) even after using pricy stuff from spas. She gave me samples of a scrub and a toner which I love and plan to purchase. I plan to come back and buy more post-​baby when I can use other items from their line.

The saleswomen were rather pushy, and developed a bad attitude after I said I didn’t want to buy the entire skincare collection they were promoting. They didn’t make an effort to help me find something to suit my needs. If you need help selecting a product, since there’s only 2 stores in Miami, just go to the one in Dadeland.
