There’s nothing but good things to say about the Optical Center at Bascom Palmer! It’s a small optic located to the right of the entrance floor. As soon as you walk in, one of the opticians will greet you. They will show you around for what you are looking for. They have a great selection of frames, sunglasses, and contacts. The optician that took care of me was very kind and guided me through different products within my budget. He also took the time to compare prices between my insurance discount and employee discount. After choosing my frame, the whole ordeal took about 15 minutes and I was on the go.
They’re very attentive and knowledgeable! If you are not sure what you want, they make good recommendations. As well, your glasses are done within the same week and you are notified via email or phone so that you can pick them up; there’s the option to have them mailed too. Talk about awesome and fast service!
