I got on Unilocal because I am fed up with bad service and businesses that need to be called out. So, you will probably notice bad reviews. I am totally fair and give a good one when it is deserved.
The Office Depot at Dadeland is horrible! The service is atrocious and I had to practically beg someone to come help out at the print center with four people standing in line and only one guy working. Meanwhile I saw three or four other employees doing nothing.
In addition to that, they did not get my order right. I placed an order online for a book with full color and heavy paper covers. I got a spiral bound book with clear covers and no color.
Will never go here again.

Wow, it’s amazing Office Depot is still in business. I tried for the longest time just to buy a simple desk. I tried 3 times on line with no luck. Then I stopped by the Office Depot on Kendall Drive, found a desk I liked but was told it was behind some boxes and could I pay for it now and come back and pick it up later. Seriously? You can’t move a few boxes to make a sale? Being desperate I returned the next morning hoping to find someone who might actually do his or her job. Luckily James was there! James, thank you! And Office Depot, promote this man if you stand any chance to stay in business.

After a 15 minute ordeal to find out that they do not have the file cabinet I want in stock I was told they could order it and it would be delivered to my house in a month or wow what a great service no thanks guys I’ll go somewhere else!

I used this location to print out some invitations.
I choose the layout that was most affordable, two invites per page.
What they were charging to cut these invites was outrageous. Ended up having to do it myself, and that didnt go so well. They do provide large cutting boards, which is nice of them, still they should charge less for their cutting service, it is seriously overpriced, the cutting that is, the printing price was competitive.
Staff at this location is friendly, in my experience.
Parking situation is terrible, as it shared parking with restaurants, nail place, massage palace etc.

This is a fairly standard office supply store. Their inventory is decent and service is reasonable.
My only real knock against the place is that because it shares a lot with BrandsMart and Old Navy parking can be a pain sometimes.

Almost everything you need for your office is there. I had great service… in theory. Make sure to verify store prices with those online or at other office depots. This particular location is a bit shady with «sales tactics». I bought an item (Oct 23 2010) listed with an incorrect price to sway the customer to the next best thing where a small difference could go a long way… but this wasn’t the case. As an educated consumer I knew the item was discounted and my transaction at the cashier confirmed this. This was very unexpected for Office Depot. Watch out!

My experience at Office Depot this weekend was borderline baffling. I’m trying to get prices for computer repair, like a list of their prices for computer repair services they offer. There is no brochure or price list, so I asked the manager if I could have a photocopy of the one there. No way — he insisted that I would have to call him, and he can read off the prices to me. Ridiculous. We argued for 15 minutes until I just gave up. Sorry Office Depot you lost out on my business because you’re manager doesn’t understand customer service.
