Norma is just the best!!! Not only does she take her time with every client but she knows what she’s doing. I have never had an appointment last less than an hour. She’ll steam your face for 20 minutes, put on a mask, exfoliate (very soft/​mild), massage before she even starts to do any extractions if that is needed. They she’ll apply more lotions/​potions, do a microdermabrasion and a light treatment to help with any bacteria before applying a thin layer of this amazing sunblock that I’m now hooked on for 5 year (minus SOL). Your skin will thank you and trust me you will never look so good walking out of a facial, ever! I made an appointment for me and my bf to go because he just started Accutane and I know it’s going to make the difference in his skin’s healing process. She gets completely booked in the summer from all the college kids visiting home. So make your appointments way in advance and I promise you won’t be able to see her otherwise. She gets booked and nobody cancels. She works 6 days a week non-​stop. Her thriving business speaks for itself. PS– Super affordable!

This was my first time having a facial and I am happy it was with Norma.
She knows what to do and how to handle your skin the right and perfect way.
I did know for my first time it was going to hurt and trust me it hurt a lot but completely worth it.
I left with my face feeling great and the best part about it, you do not leave with your face all red!

The best! So much care and attention for their clients. Norma truly knows how to make everyone feel and look amazing.
Also she sells really good products at affordable prices. Have never tried a better blemish remover than the one they carry here. It’s anti blemish drying lotion and makes any pimple almost disappear or reduce in size overnight. Recommend this product as well as the facials!

I have been coming to see Norma for years. I would say more than 10 and I have no complaints. I have tried other places for facials and no one even comes close to the quality of the facials done by Norma. She takes her time and the results are amazing. Service is personalized and although it takes a while to get an appointment it’s very worth the wait. I highly recommend her!!!
