The Neurologist, Dr. Pandey, is great, but the staff… not so much!
When you call and leave a message to either speak with the Dr. or to have them forward copies of test results to your primary care doctor, you get zero response and nothing is done. 4 months have passed and they have yet to send the records to my doctors even after their office has been reaching out to them. I have left messages for the person that manages the records (which they work limited/​part-​time hours) and I have never even gotten a call to give a status update or confirm that anything has been done.
Staff issues and making it so hard to share results with my other doctors is why I prefer not to come back here. The doctors are great but if the staff can’t get it together I’m sure other people will prefer to go elsewhere.
