UNRELIABLE!!! Suppose to open up at 8am. No one showed so we couldn’t get to our car to start long trip home… called office and they gave run around about finding lot worker. Whats worse is that the lot isn’t as secure as they make it seem. Homeless living in the bushes on and around the property. 2 hrs after standing around in piss and shit covered entrance area we got into the lot following one of there monthly pay customers. People were sleeping in vehicles inside unguarded lot. Watched them use a passcard to get into a separate doorway down away from where we were so i couldn’t catch any of them. If you are on a time restraint go elsewhere.
