Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Miami

This is my first experience with a plumbing service here in Miami. My toilet was clogged and I opened the drain with a plunger myself. The following 2 days there was some water on the floor around the toilet so I thought there might be still some problem with the drain. I made an appointment with Mr. Rooter which was 2 days later. By then everything was dry around the toilet, no more water on the floor. Mr. Rooter came and ran his finger on the floor around the toilet and said that most likely there was a bit of water trapped when it was clogged and that’s what was coming out the following days. He said that everything is dry now and that there was no problem. He flushed it twice and left. He spent total 5 minutes in my apartment. Mr. Rooter now charged me for auguring my toilet which was never done. I was there the whole time next to the plumber. The plumber still says he augured my toilet. They also said that he was in my apartment for about 30 minutes. I live in a high rise on the 17^th floor and got snapshots of the plumber going in the elevator from security cameras. It was not even 7 minutes from getting in the elevator downstairs and getting back in the elevator on my floor. NEVER USE Mr. ROOTER, THEY ARE DISHONEST!

The technician for Mr. Rooters came to my house promptly after calling them and installed my new kitchen sink in less than half an hour and even managed to share a few good jokes with me during the process. The technician was an expert plumber and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. A++++ Service!!! Two thumbs up!!!

The man charged me 500 $ and needed to come back three other times because he didn’t do it correctly. When we finally gave up on him, we contacted another plumber who did it much quicker and for a measly 120 $. When we called the office to inform them of our bad experience, the man literally interrupted me and told me I didn’t know what the hell I was talking about, was condescending and frankly just a bad person. It was a terrible experience with people who don’t know how to do their jobs correctly.
They didn’t even bring their own mats or shoe covers.
