I had been coming to this dry cleaners for years. They just lost a loyal customer due to the fact of employees not caring and to busy socializing instead of helping waiting customers who’s is patiently waiting in the drive/thru then they ignored me and helped the next person. Poor customer service

This place is the bees’ knees of dry cleaning. Adorable, clad with murals both inside and out from the 1970s and with a charming staff to boot. They are very quick if you tell them when you need items by, reasonably priced and a family biz. We have been to five dry cleaners since moving to the area and the others are not nearly as fast, affordable or friendly. They also have a drive thru, which rocks this displaced New Yorker’s world.

This place lost one of my favorite dress shirts and then never replaced it. They made up some excuses about they were being taken over and they couldn’t refunded because they were going to be going bankrupt or whatever, just basically gave me the runaround. The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t give them zero. Careful when you go there they may steal your clothes.

i have been coming to this cleaner for years and just realized i had never reviewed them. they are great, super nice and attentive and overall polite people. it has a real neighborhood feel, like people actually know each other, not just a factory like business. the prices are very fair and comparable to other dry cleaners. they have a seamstress on sight, and she does great work on the several pants ive taken in for hems. however my bf was not very happy with his jeans(she did a slacks hem not a jeans original hem) so they look weird. best part — they have a drive thru!!!

feel ripped off — shirt label says machine wash warm iron– charged for hand finishing almost $ 4. & $ 2.75 for a regular a shirt is outrageous. Partly my fault — took recommendation from Unilocal reputation and price supposed to be fair. Drive 2 miles to Dixie Hi way and get shirts just as good for $ 1.59. I took in 17 dress shirts and 2 suits. Live and Learn.

When I moved into the neighborhood a little over two years ago, I was on the hunt to find a good and well-priced dry cleaner. My hunt ended when I found Mr. Joseph’s just blocks away from my home. Very friendly staff, great prices, and the fact that they have a drive-thru made this my go-to spot for pressing. The only reason I give them 4 starts and not 5 is that they close at 6:30 which sometimes proves to be an inconvenience because I do not get out of work and over there to pick up my goods on time. No worries though… every problem has a solution, right? My solution to this problem has been to send the hubby to do the pick up on days I can’t get there on time ;) What can I say, his perks of being his own boss and making his own schedules sometimes become his disadvantages as well. lol Oh, ladies, if you go to Mr Joseph’s and they ask you«Is this a shirt or a dress?» always say shirt(even though it may be a scandalously short dress)…its cheaper to dry clean ;)
