Miami Latin American Cafe

You get there and you are served a basket of buttery, garlic-​y cuban bread amazingness. I daydream about that bread sometimes. The menu has tons of variety and you can order breakfast all day (for an extra fee). Open 24 hours, Latin American is a great place to have lunch before or after class and my family calls it the cuban Dennys because of its convenience. As far as food goes, the soups are great and their chicken noodle soup seems to cure my colds faster than medication. My favorite food is the Palomilla steak. Meat is juicy and yummy and my mouth is salivating at the thought. Always consistently great.
The wi-​fi is free but… i have never been able to sign in.
The reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 is because of the service. Really a hit or miss. I have had great waiters, but I have had my share of rude waiters who take their time as they chat away behind the counter.

Relatively tasty (although fatty) Hispanic food: plus.
Cheap prices: plus.
Open 24 hrs: very plus.
Why the low rating on what should be a very popular spot located right across the street from Florida International University? Because if one walks into this place and one happens to even LOOK college-​aged, you get absolutely terrible service. Pardon us for attending school. We’re very sorry.
Oh, and you need a minimum to use your credit card. Bring cash, if you can.
