I have to say that I was beyond disappointed in their service here. They were horrible they had me waiting for 20−30mins to get a jagua tattoo but then when it was my turn to go they were suddenly closing. I wouldn’t have minded if they had told me they were closing but no, they told some people who came after me which made me believe that I would be the last one, then they made me wait and decided to close. I have to say I wish that you could give negative stars to some businesses, especially when they are rude and a waste of time. Please save your time and your money and stay away from here!

I waited until I stopped fuming to write this, I wanted to be fair so I slept on it. This is my second experience with this place and it’s been nothing but unpleasant. One word to describe them RUDE. Their name doesn’t just suggest they do Henna tattoos, ITSAYSSO. I approached them about a year ago and they told me that they only use JAGUA(a fruit derived pigment from South America). No problem, you don’t have Henna, what if I bring my own, the young man huffs at me and says, fine!!! So of course, I don’t use them. Now a year later, in desperation, I go there again, this time armed with henna tubes and cones and this time the attitude is even worse, the perpetrator is a woman. She wasn’t exactly friendly to start, but as soon as I said the word HENNA she bucks as if I had uttered a dirty word and says«HEREWEDOJAGUA!!!» OK then, why is HENNA in your name??? She also adds and«YOUCAMETOOLATE» 6:30PM when they are open until 10PM. I use henna for spiritual purposes not just for decorating my body, so JAGUA and chemicals will not do. Their name is misleading, the employees’ attitudes need a major tune up. Needless to say, I’d rather doodle on myself with a Sharpie than ever do business with these people. Just because you do not know how to hold a henna cone to draw does not give you the right to be rude or insulting to customers. I walked away calmly and said, well you’re giving up a lot of money, her answer: oh well sorry. I suppose she doesn’t need my business with all the walk through business of Bayside. Still… either change the name of your business or get a real henna artist on staff. I am sure I am neither the first nor the only person to ask and for Pete’s sakes: LEARNSOMEMANNERS or take a customer service 101 class.
