They are awesome! They came to assemble an older Ikea wardrobe that had become wonky. Their enthusiasm, can-​do positive attitude and honest approach was refreshing — a first for me since moving to Miami. A special thanks to Brian on the team.

They were supposed to come between 8am and 11am. I did not receive a call until 12:45 that the guy was at the gate and didn’t know the apartment number which was provided in full and confirmed by Amazon! This is terrible service first you come late and then you through no fault of mine have the wrong information. Then they have the nerve to tell me that they can not come out until Monday. Really why would I pay you anything. Even if you had the address as you say you didn’t, that means you were late so ether way bad customer service. «spreading the word!!»

My daughter, who goes to University of Miami, was moving into a home near campus. We were on a very tight schedule to get her apartment set-​up, before catching our flight back home. We went to IKEA picked up furniture and an installer from Miami Furniture Assembly came the next day. He did an absolutely lovely job; something that would have taken us all day to do. The office personal were lovely and cooperative, and the installer was terrific! I recommend this company highly.
