Miami Fun Parties

This place is the absolute WORSE. Their things are filthy and the customer service is even worse. They literally need to be put out of business.

We reserved a bounce house for Thanksgiving Day via both email and phone. The man we spoke with confirmed our reservation and took my credit card information. On Thanksgiving Day, no one delivered a bounce house by noon, as stated by representative. I called repeatedly and no one answered. Then, I decided to have a friend call from a different number, and someone picked up. They told her they had been trying to contact me all week, but with a bad number. Not only did this company have my email address (as that’s how we initially corresponded), but the company phone is a mobile one, which stores numbers. He informed my friend there was simply nothing he could do. When she told me all of this, I immediately called them to discuss, but they would not pick up.
Needless to say, this is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever attempted to do business with. I was so grateful to Fantasy Party Corp, who within two hours, had a bounce house set up in our yard. We had four families joining us on Thanksgiving, and it would have been a huge dissapointment not to have had a bounce house. Miami Fun parties was a HUGE disappointment.
I love the idea of family-​owned and operated businesses, but Miami Fun Parties isn’t a reliable one.
