Miami Dade College Kendall Campus Bookstore

If I could give this place no stars I would.
Place is clean and organized but that’s not what I have a problem with, everyone that works there seems lost and oblivious. It’s not their fault though, it seems as though their supervisors don’t know what’s going on either. The company, follett, handles and any of the online bookstore orders and who knows what else they handle… they’re most probably the most DISORGANIZED, ignorant company I have ever ordered with.
Save your time and your money. if you absolutely have to order a mdc book and can’t find it on
, chegg, Amazon, etc, then order the book from the Miami dade bookstore but MAKE SURE that it is the bookstore from the campus you are attending. If you really do not want to waste your time then get it SHIPPED TO YOUR HOUSE!
****The order information they send you regarding your book (if you order online and ship it to a dade campus instead of your house) is completely false, I went two DAYS in a row and both times they didn’t have my book. elapsed I waited a total of 1 and half hours. I went back a week later and only then did they have my book ready for pick up. The flawed part of this system is that. THEY ALREADY HAD THE BOOK INSTOCK!!! However they were not able to give it to me because I had ordered it from a different campus, yet all campuses offer the same exact things.
they also have 4 different lines
1) to pay for your items
2) to return/​sell books
3) to put book bags and purses
4) order online pickup
So if you get on the wrong one and wait usually approx 30 min long then have fun waiting again for however long because nothing is articulated… you’re just expected to know which one is which.
Save your time. get it shipped to your house.

has everything you need if your in a pinch at school i was a bit surprised at the variety, besides books (which you should compare prices before buying here as they can get expensive fast) as far as school supplies go they can be compared to an office depot or staples (not as much but just enough) Word of warning tho, can get busy at the start of each semester so expect long lines and at the start of each month to buy a bus pass.
