I recently had a pedicure here(yes, I’ll admit it!). I went because it’s near my building, and the prices were lower than the French place that’s across the street.(Why is it that the minute something says«French,» the price suddenly shoots up an additional 25%?) I was pleased with the pedicure, but as I haven’t had many pedicures before, I didn’t really have much to compare it to. A friend told me that the price($ 28) wasn’t bad for a man’s pedicure. The problem with this place is that the staff needs to be more professional. They have a habit of talking to one another right in front of the customer, and in Spanish. This happened during my actual appointment, and another time when I’d walked in just to check the place out. Although I’m fully bilingual, I find this to be an extremely rude habit of many service people in Miami. You shouldn’t make the customer feel like an outsider, especially if you’re hoping for a good tip.

If I could give the experience I had here zero stars, I would. Worst manicure and pedicure ever. I actually went home, took the nail polish off and ended up re-polishing myself. The woman who did my nails was constantly texting and picking up her cellphone. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. The website(which looks fancy and spa-like — um, no) also lists incorrect prices. My experience here was sub par. Seriously, it does not take much to make me happy, but after $ 49.00(with tip), the service and quality here was just awful.

Ladies, when your nails are looking funky, come to Meduhr. Clean, bright, and next to the Chop Shop(where my husband gets a great haircut), you’ll be in and out in 1 hour with a great mani/pedi for $ 35. I’ve never tried the other services, so someone in the know should write a review!
