Never again will I be returning to this disgusting establishment.
The only reason I went to this McDonald’s was because my little cousin was hungry and was craving a burger, so she asked me to take her there. Wow, what a bad decision.
I had a «Buy one Chicken Sandwich, Get One Free» coupon on their useless app, so I presented it to the cashier after ordering my food. She then proceeded to tell me that the coupon didn’t work, and that «it always happens with other customers».
She then went to get her manager.
The manager told her to tell me that I already had used the coupon, when obviously I had not. This disgusting manager with an attitude more stinky than her store then came out and told me, straight to my face, that I had used the coupon. I told her I had not, one more time, and she gave me attitude.
Just because you’re a disgusting, ratchet manager doesn’t mean I’m a ratchet person that will lie of using a stupid coupon to get a disgusting fake chicken sandwich.
I felt bad for the cashier, who I’m sure felt awkward and embarrassed for the way the manager was treating me. The manager then found out why the coupon wasn’t working in the system and fixed it, without even apologizing for ACCUSING ME OF USING SUCH COUPON BEFORE.
To make things worse, they also forgot to put the fries with the combo, but by that time I didn’t want to deal with them again so I didn’t even go back to get them.
Also, the chicken sandwich was disgusting and fell apart.
Avoid this place.
