I recently checked this place out while shopping for a new bed. Of the 10 or so places I visited, the experience here was the worst. Even though I explained to the salesperson that I just wanted to have a look around, he constantly hovered over me. And he really laid on a lot of pressure to make a purchase that day. (I found out later from other Mattress Giant branches that the sale he was trying to use to get me to buy right away really wasn’t due to expire for several days.)
I’d rate this branch zero stars based on the experience with that salesperson; but given the location and the fact that they have access to the same inventory as all the other local Mattress Giants, I’d give them 2 stars overall.
