I’ve walked in with a Groupon the first time. I loved the massage with Hugo. He is amazing! But to become a member was a really bad idea. Ive been wanting to cancel my membership and for the past 3 months I’ve been charged my monthly due. This people have made me sign a paper to even cancel my membership, but now i have to call and keep arguing every single month to get a refund! Don’t do it! Don’t ever become a member on this particularly spa

Went here a few months ago with my boyfriend for a couples massage. It was great! The therapists were friendly and professional and did not force conversation. The front desk staff was professional and efficient at checkout process. We had our massage in the couples suite which has a waterfall and fireplace inside! It was so romantic and made for a great Sunday afternoon for us! My boyfriend had never had a massage before and 5 minutes into it he looked at me and said «babe, this is the best idea you’ve ever had.» Right then and there I was sold! Everything was very affordable and the spa is incredibly clean. I will be going back for a facial soon!

Ok so I bought a Groupon and I’m so pleased and happy with my experience. My husband and I had a couples massage. It was. The best and we have had a few. Paula was my masseuse and she was amazing. I can’t remember my husbands masseuse but he was also pleased with her. Best hour we had in a great Saturday.

Great place and location! I purchased a couples 60 minute massage and the therapist were great. The staff at the front were very nice and friendly. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star my massage was 45 minutes. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

I have been a regular customer here for the last five or six months and you can’t beat the deal on a monthly massage. The therapists are great for the most part and it’s very relaxing.
However, I’ve had booking issues twice recently. I recently showed up to my «appointment» early in the morning to learn it was not booked AT ALL. All after I waited about two weeks for the appointment with my preferred massage therapist.
Not only is this extremely annoying and inconvenient, but completely unprofessional — I didn’t even receive an apology.
Not sure if I will be returning here.

The 1^st time I was here I scheduled a Deep Tissue massage from Lourdes. I told her the areas I was sore and she went to town. I felt great afterwards and really sped up the recovery process. She gets 5 stars! I even signed up for the monthly membership.
2^nd time not so great. Again I scheduled a Deep Tissue, this time from Melissa. She asked me if i ever had a deep tissue massage before. I said yes and told her the areas I needed work on (neck, shoulders, traps, glutes). Long story short, it was more of a swedish massage than deep tissue. I asked for more pressure and not much changed, and seemed annoyed by me asking. She told me I need to drink more water and stretch. She has me turn over and I asked (politely) if she was finished with my back and she said yes. So I replied «thats not much of a deep tissue massage.»
Instead of asking what she could do to help, she tells me «if you’re unhappy with the massage we can just finish now»
I was pretty shocked and upset at how unprofessional and rude she was so I agreed to stop.
The girl at the front desk asked me what happened (in front of Melissa) so i told her how unprofessional she was.
Melissa interrupts and says «you didn’t here the advice i gave you?»
Yea WATER AND STRETCHING Im not here for a hydration consultation.
She then says «well some people like it really hard, WE JUST ARENT A MATCH»
What the HELL? Not a match??? This isn’t Tinder! It has nothing to do with a match! If you don’t know how to give a deep tissue massage don’t take those clients!
When it comes to a massage I don’t think i’ve ever complained, because even a mediocre massage will leave you feeling more relaxed than before. Even if she had finished the massage without hitting those target areas, I would have left unsatisfied, but not to the point where I would complain or write a bad review. I would simply make sure I got a different masseuse the next time.

Booking is easy. Massage was great, but of course that depends on the therapist. The place is very nice, very clean, and very affordable. They have a beautiful couple’s suite. Their membership packages can be shared with others in the same household, which is a plus.

I love this place. I called in the morning for an afternoon appointment and they were able to accommodate me. They get 5 stars just for that! The ambiance was relaxing with a water feature and a fireplace in the lobby. Extra points for the very quiet massage room, I hate it when you can hear everyone in the hall. I would highly recommend you call them for the $ 29.95 introductory 60 minute massage. The monthly packages are reasonably priced.

I must say this place offers a great deal. First time in your massage is $ 29.99. I went in for a deep tissue session and it was great. I decided to become a member which is only $ 29.99 a month and you can cancel it at any time with no penalty. You get one massage a month and if you don’t use it it rolls over.

I received a flyer for a $ 29.95 introductory massage or facial, and decided to give it a try. I was planning to book a massage, as the flyer says that it would also include a sauna section, and I’m long overdue for one. However, when I called they said that the sauna isn’t ready yet, so I decide to try a facial instead.
The receptionist Wilma is very nice, and does know about the different types of massages when we chatted. Overall the place is very comfortable, relaxing and clean. The heated bed is a nice feature, and the facial includes extraction (though back at home I find that the extraction could have been a little more thorough). I also get my shoulder, arms and hands massaged while the mask is on. While it is nowhere near Bliss my best place for facials, it’s a pretty good experience by itself.
I’ve booked myself another appt for massage (Wilma told me that I’ved used my «first visit» for facial, but not for massage, so it would still be $ 29.95 — a very generous gesture). I enjoyed too. I usually prefer deep tissue over Swedish, and the masseuse did deliver strong but soothing strokes that relax my sore muscles. I admit I have had better but at the price I’d say it’s good value. Usually at this price I go for Chinese foot massage but having your own room lying on a heated bed sure beats the Chinese places.

I noticed that they now have the sauna ready. I asked them about it, and the staff told me that since I never did get the free sauna back during opening I can get one for free. Again, that’s EXCELLENT customer service.
You get your own room to undress, wrap yourself in the provided robe and enter the sauna unit. There are different settings — relaxation, detox, pain relief, etc… The screen also provide lots of entertainment — twitter, netflix, pandora… but I am there to relax, so I decided to just get some music and sit back.
As it’s infra red sauna the room doesn’t really heat up, but you can feel the heat from the panels. I don’t sweat as much, but the staff told me it’s normal with infra red. The session did make me feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards, and at $ 15 a session I’m going back!)
