Love this property, the view from everywhere is absolutely gorgeous all the way to the extremely friendly staff they are very secure here and I absolutely love that about this property also the valet service is always on time I never have to wait more than two minutes for my vehicle overall I would say that this is a great place to either stay or live and just enjoy your time also its very nice having elevator straight into your condo.

Great building, great views. Terrible management. security is lacking. I had my bikes stolen and scooter as well. Entire building smells like marijuana. Stay away. Too many rappers and drug dealers living in this place.

Went to see several 3BR condos for sale between $ 1.2−2.0M.
While waiting in lobby for realtor, was told by a rude little receptionist that we have to sit across from her on a dirty lounge chair (so ostensibly she can keep an eye on us). We asked if there was a café in the building and she replies with an exaggerated shrug, «the gas station next door makes coffee, go there»
We walked out and cancelled the showings. With such rude obnoxious ridiculous people at the desk, I did not wish to waste a minute of my time or a dollar.
Stay away from overpriced poorly run crap like the Marquis.

Location is perfect — views are outstanding. New Science Center and city park under construction across the street. Security is top rate — my only issue is inadequate staffing for Valet at night– resulted in 5 couples waiting for 30 min to have their car retrieved. Overall a world class building close to everything!
