Mario The Baker Pizza

We placed an order online on Saturday at 830PM, which per the website would be delivered within an hour. About an hour later, I checked the status and it showed «out for delivery», so we waited. About another hour later (10:42PM) we called them and they confirmed that the order was out for delivery. We waited another hour and never received the order. This was our first time ordering from here and I was actually very excited to have a new pizza place to order from, but they didnt deliver, didnt care and I will NEVER order from here again. I called them the next day and they offered their apologies, explained that they were busy, etc, but I still feel like they didnt care, as they left my entire family hungry and didnt even care to call or anything.
