Horrible customer service, nobody knows what’s going on there. Phone rings for hours and when someone answers they say «i do not know» and transfer your another line where you are left on hold forever.

Ridiculously overpriced and terrible service. When I first walked in I could not believe I was in a Macy’s store. It looked like a cheap furniture store. A greasy looking sales man approached us and asked if we needed help. I told him I was looking for a leather couch (not bonded leather). He proceeded to «show» me two couches, SPRINTING ahead of me. He walks over to one couch and says «this one’s leather» (thanks, as if my eyes thought it was fabric…). He hovered over us as we sat on it. The love seat was absurdly priced (I saw the same one in another store for $ 1,500 less. Same quality and everything). It was very uncomfortable and only came in one color (which I did not like). So I asked the guy if there was anything else. He ran ahead of us, which we had trouble keeping up with him. Luckily the store wasn’t very big so I could still see him. He walks over to the couch and slapped it and said «yep» then walked away, never to be seen again. The selection of furniture was not very good and overall I thought it was way overpriced. In the clearance section I saw a horribly beaten up wooden table set for twice as much as a new one of similar quality elsewhere. I would never bother coming back. I ended up buying my REAL LEATHER couch set at another store for a decent price.

Purchased a sofa bed in their clearance section and after one hour I was told it was sold even though it was not marked sold. I found another and purchased it. I requested they wrap it in plastic and I would pick it up the next day. It was in perfect condition. The next morning I paid for an independent delivery person to meet me at the clearance center. Upon arrival I discovered the couch had been dragged on its back and placed in another location. It was then filthy and damaged in one corner. I expect to find blemishes on clearance furniture before I buy it but don’t expect the employees to ruin it after it was sold. While experiencing this calamity a woman was there trying to buy another couch, sold, but not marked as such. Clearly there is a management problem at this store.

My husband and I searched every furniture store in Miami, as well as online, looking for a leather sectional for our living room. At some places (el dorado, city furniture, etc), the quality was poor but the prices were great. At others (Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen), the pieces were beautiful but the prices were astronomical. Now, we want quality, but don’t have $ 10k to spend on a 3 piece sectional. At Macy’s Furniture, we found a sectional that balances quality and price. We found the exact configuration, style, and color REAL leather that we were looking for at a fair price. The salesman was helpful and not pushy. However, upon ordering he told us that the sectional would be ready in a month. I got a confirmation email saying that it would actually be 3 months! Oh well, after much searching, I am willing to wait…
I would recommend starting your search here, instead of going there last. They have a large selection and most everything we saw looked to be of decent quality. This is NOT Restoration Hardware, but is also NOT el dorado. This is the place for people who want a balance between price and quality.

After shopping at several furniture stores trying to find a new living room set we came here hoping we could find what we had in mind. This location also has an outlet section in the far back corner. Great deals on some very nice furniture. We went into the main store since we couldn’t find what we were looking for in the outlet.
Furniture shopping reminds me of car shopping. Getting followed around by pushy salesmen. This was not the case here at all. A nice sales guy by the name of Jorge was helping us. We told him what we had in mind and our price range. He took us to a few sectionals in our price range then left us alone. They have some really nice quality furniture. No bonded leather here, it’s all genuine leather from good quality name brands.
We finally decided on a set that was twice our normal price that we had in mind. No surprise but quality is important especially when you have a husband who is very rough on furniture.
Jorge wrote our order up told us it would be several weeks before it came in. Very professional excellent service. I even called him yesterday to add one more piece and he made it hassle free.
Looking forward to getting my new set. Highly recommend shopping here. Prices, well you get what you pay for as far as quality and craftsmanship.

The BrandsMart of furniture — but timing and patience is key.
At first blush, this furniture gallery simply offers a broad array of furniture (including mattresses) in an elegant, low key setting with knowledgeable and helpful salespeople.
But, in the back of the store, in a little more dimly lit area, is a cavernous clearance section, featuring mainly mismatched and/​or discontinued furniture pieces and even more mattresses at significantly reduced prices.
Now, if purchasing incomplete furniture sets does not sound so appealing — like a sectional minus a section — then be persistent and keep looking and you will probably discover some gems; that is how we eventually found a beautiful (and complete) chocolate brown sectional as well as a discounted queen mattress set here.
While the prices are already reduced, don’t let that stop you from asking to speak to the manager to get the ‘final price’ — depending on the day and the mood, they may slash the price even more!
Note: delivery is additional; if you pick up, they will load it and tie it down for you.
