This macy’s is disastrous! I give it two stars because the lady who helped me was beyond helpful. I ordered online for pick up in this macys because it was the only one with what I wanted. (FYI: Online order pick up is by the ladies pajamas/​kids outerwear customer service counter.) I told the lady that I had been living in Miami for 26 years and I had never stepped foot in this Macy’s because of the reviews on Unilocal,and she told me «And you came on a good day!»

I only gave this 1 star just because it’s Macy’s by as a Macy’s card holder I and in and I couldn’t see anyone to help me out. No one greeted me it was like the store was empty. I wanted something or do a price check but nothing so I walked out. I rather go to international mall but at least I don’t get to use my card! Yes I guess it’s a win win situation

I second this review as well. Their customer service in this Macys is horrible. Two women asked to help, with border line attitudes in the mac department.
Lost interest in there products, because lack of service.
Went to Cliques department, they lost a customer, when there were two people in that section.

When i lived in NC Macy’s was my Favorite store. Now i live in FL so i went to Southland mall location. We tried to buy a suit no one came to assist us. One «gentleman» in a suit didn’t even bother to come help or say hi. The heavy lady who was a cashier looked like she did’t even want to be bothered. This was on a Saturday and the store looked like it was ransacked. The men fitting room the floor was dirty. I will never go back to this Macy’s ever. In NC Macy’s store always looked organised.
Please do something about this store. Everyone need to be trained.
