This location is the worst Lululemon in Florida. It’s in a huge mall and there is no parking. While there is always an employee standing at the front, they are usually too busy talking to the other employees to help a customer. Then when you touch a piece of clothing, an employee rushes you and drops some random piece of information on you. The employees seem more interested in talking to each other than helping a customer. The store is really dusty and dirty. I mean, I’m paying 100+ for yoga pants, they could at least clean the dust bunnies off the floor. Also, unlike every other store, this location does not offer community yoga. Isn’t that what Lulu is known for? Really, just another retail store in a giant mall. If you want an authentic Lululemon experience go to the store on Lincoln Road.

I’ve actually shopped here a couple of times now and have had very positive experiences here. Recently, I called the store to inquire if they had an out of stock item in my preferred color/size and they had one left! They gladly held the item for me. The store is calm and relaxing and their customer service is exactly what I hope for. Staff is friendly and laid back and check out was fast and efficient which I LOVE — buying a few pieces of clothes shouldn’t take as long as buying a car ;-)! I’ll be back!

I use this location to try on clothes, then i purchase online. The customer service is horrible. I would say rude, hovering, homophobic shallpw etc etc. So, nice try on soace… lol. funny, the staff here are the exact opposite of the spprts the brand aligns with.

I felt very uncomfortable at this location. Jill and another associate followed me around the whole time. I guess it’s unusual to be a serious buyer at the store? I went in to try my clothes in the dressing room and on the white boards mounted on the door, there was a SS marked next to my name, unlike the other white boards on other fitting room doors, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. Another thing is that everything I wanted they didn’t have in my size(size 6). I am a big fan of Lululemon and am in their R&D program, as I am a tennis instructor that wears their products, but am very sad at how these two associates treated me and that the quantity in the store is not replenished regularly.

The clothes are great and I can’t get enough of them, but the customer service is not the best and the return policy rather unfair(14 days with receipt or bust). I bought a pair of crop for a friend for Christmas, I ended up giving her something else and wasn’t even able to get an exchange, because I lost the receipt and they are too big on me. Lululemon is an expensive brand and, as such, should have customer service to match and more flexibility as far as exchanges are concerned. Some of the sales associates are very nice, others kind of snippy. Not to mention the fact that I cannot bear the fact that the salespeople are called ‘educators’: where did that come from?

One of my goals in life is to visit a Lululemon store on every vacation. And so I did. I came to make some purchases and to take their free yoga class upstairs at Equinox(3rd Fl). Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

Alright Bros, if you need to find a great gift for the W or the GF, Lululemon athletica has very high end workout clothes for Women. They make technical athletic apparel for yoga, running, dancing and other sweaty pursuits which in South Florida means just about anything we do Outdoors. Their Brand of Workout Clothes as evidenced by their Omega looking Greek symbol symbol stands for Athletically Hip. For the Bros working out in the gym, Lululemon also carries a Men’s line. Their Response Shorts claims to be chafe resistant, quick drying and includes a built in COOLMAX liner to be worn like Cycling Shorts. After hearing great reviews about them for months, I finally laid down the card and bought them in Black. I will say, they are definitely as comfortable and performed as advertised. As far as the shopping experience, you go to the changing room at this high end store and they write your name on your dressing room door whiteboard. That way, the woman will call out your name and bring you different sizes when you’re doing your thing. This might be a new experience for some Bros. So if you need to get out the doghouse or buy some new trendy workout clothes for yourself, I would say Lululemon athletica is a great stop at Aventura Mall.

Nice store, but as always 90% Women’s Clothing. I’ve been a lulu fan for over 10 years being Canadian. Very good stuff, but this store is small and too much women’s clothing :)

I LOVE Lululemon… When I bought my first pair of yoga pants from Lululemon a few years ago, admittedly I had some sticker shock. However, I STILL have those pants, 3 years and at least 100 washes later they still look brand new! I find the employees at the Aventura store knowledgeable, and absolutely LOVELY to deal with. They even offer FREE yoga classes on Sundays in the store. The best thing about my Lululemon wardrobe, it’s fashionable enough that I can wear it to a yoga class in the morning, and keep it on all day as I run my errands. Don’t tell anyone, but sometimes I wear it out and about even when I don’t practice yoga:)

They have nice stuff but NEVER buy a gift there. I bought my wife 2 expensive outfits and when she tried to return them 2 weeks after Christmas they refused saying they no longer stocked them. I could not believe it. I loved this store but would NEVEREVER shop there again. BUYERBEWARE! They have an idiot running their customer service and I predict they will go out of business because of it.

Pricey, but great quality for most typically yoga wear. I have been to a few of Lululemon’s stores and usually always find great customer service and the ladies(there were no men) here were knowledgeable and quickly helped with fitting and size conversions. This was one of the better Lululemon stores I have been too, though it was on the smaller side. On a side note Lululemon originated in Canada but is a worthwhile import! You can also try Lucy(2nd floor) which is a favorite of mine for yoga/lounge wear which originated in Portland, Oregon. A great find through this company is their yoga strap/mat carrier. It is around $ 24 and doubles as a sling for your mat on the way to yoga and a yoga strap during your practice. I have gotten many inquiries and comments on mine. Please note parking can be time consuming and difficult at this mall so be aware and plan ahead!

I *LOVE* this store. Lululemon is awesome. Not only do they have a great company culture, but they also sell the best workout stuff. The second you walk in you’re greeted by their super nice employees, who are all eager to help you, but not in your face. I had a few questions about their new running line, and all were answered. I grabbed an armful of stuff and on to the fitting room I went. Before being transitioned to the attendant, I was introduced to her and released. Jen was the attendant and was super helpful as I needed different sizes. I think the first girl that helped me was Laura, and I also had the chance to talk with another one of the girls in the stores. I love the company’s positive attitude at life and fitness, and it is one of the few stores I’ve been to where I can feel everything they«preach» online from the second I walk in, to the moment I walk out. The clothes can be a bit pricey. Whoever said that running is the cheapest sport, never bought good running clothes or sneakers, and never signed up for a race. Saturday I walked out with two shorts for my long runs coming up, and I am super excited to wear them and run away! * They sell mostly clothes for yoga, but imo that works for most other sports too, as well as lounging. ** On Sundays they have free yoga clases — can’t wait to try one out — look out for an updated reveiw on that. Big plus for their super cute shopping bag w/the company’s manifesto!!!
