So I decided to give this «waist training» fad a try and implement this into my regular workout routine. It’s not too new since I wore «faja» corsets after both of my kids and they worked well. The staff was very knowledgable and was fluent in both English and Spanish very very nice and patient with great prices and a great selection of good quality garments from basic waist trainers to more aggressive corsets.
