The worst lv store I ever been. I walked in twice and no one came to ask if you need any help.

My mom and I walked into the Dadeland store today in Saks and there was not a single other customer in the store. We own multiple LV bags and wallets and have had amazing experiences at other stores, however, here not a single worker in the store even looked our way, said hello, or asked if they could help us even with us carrying their product!
We were even standing in front of two different employees (at different times) pointing to which bag we like to each other and they could not be bothered. Having purchased items from this store in the past I can firmly say that the customer service leaves a lot to be desired and is a disgrace now. We will not purchase from this store and will be going to Aventura from now on. Shame on the employees for not standing by their brand and delivering top notch customer service.

I never thought I’d say this but I actually enjoy coming to the LV store in Dadeland with my wife!
We only come when Hilarey is working… She is the most genuine and personable sales associate we’ve met in a long time… We can’t thank her enough for her patience, honest opinions, and responsiveness.

We was from key west florida so we wear. Normal outfit. They did not even say hi when we walked in. Bad attitude with customer. I want to buy a wallet but the credit card did not go through because of bank security. A girl did not even check or smile with me. Finally i decided not to buy it. I will come to the store in south beach.

First and foremost, I must say that my rating has more to do with my SA Diana Arguello than with the actual store. The store seems small compared to the actual Louis Vuitton store but as small as it is they have almost everything in stock.
A few days ago I made my first Louis Vuitton purchase here. I was instantly greeted by my SA Diana with a smile. She offered me water, soda, coffee, etc. She was super patient with me. I kind of had an idea of what I wanted, but she brought me different options I hadn’t even thought about.
She encouraged me to try the purses on, walk around with them, as well as see how it looked in the mirror. She did not rush me or push me into a purchase. Once I finally made my decision as to what I wanted to buy I went ahead and made the purchase. Afterwards I had my wallet hotstamped (which means getting your initials burned gently into the wallet with different colors available) which took five minutes.
Throughout my visit we spoke, and she got a little bit of my history and why I was buying myself such an expensive gift. She packaged everything beautifully and seemed happier than me for my purchase. It’s an amazing thing when a SA can be so approachable and caring. I have no doubt if I walked out of there without a purchase I would have been treated the same.
I would suggest when making a purchase at Saks wether it be at Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, etc that you do so when you are not in a rush. Enjoy your experience. Take your time and smell the leather! LoL!
At the end I was very satisfied and only wish I had more money to keep shopping! I will be returning to make future purchases here.

I own one. Every woman should own one. And if you don’t own one, visit this Louis Vuitton store in Dadeland Mall and buy one. Best.Customer.Service.Ever.

We came to this location because we heard they have so many items in stock and it is true. When I went in I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they man that helped us was so incredibly helpful. He must have pulled out 20 different bags to help me figure out what I wanted.
The store is nice and located inside of Sak’s. We had just arrived in Miami and the man that helped us even gave us great advice about a hold being put on our credit card because we just arrived and it was Louis Vuitton. He was right. They froze it right away and then called us.
The store is stocked, the people are great and the store is nice. I recommend it.

I love this store!!! They always have everything in stock that I want, or should I say, need. You know, you NEED a Louis Vuitton purse, luggage, and whole the shebang!
I came here to purchase my little poochie a dog collar and I was super thrilled it was on stock. They treated my little Jenna like a princess.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even when you call over the phone they are very courteous and nice.
Best part is that it’s also inside a mall, so you get to do all your shopping at once!
