Unfortunately, my sales associate delivered 5 star service as I was in process of buying $ 20k, but ended up dropping the ball on communication on delivery time, credit, and follow ups. It is the lack of information and inconsistency of information that eventually tipped me off, especially after the sales person replied, «you knew about it when you signed up.» Two stars, if not one star. Table was ordered late July, item arrived to dock in container 12/15/2015. I also had to call to track down my table that was promised before Thanksgiving. I appreciate if the sales person replied to my emails and/or reached out but didn’t; sad to see this happen. Just to disclose costs(not a complaint). I understand high end items but to give you insight on costs at this specific location for delivery of two sofas, 85 miles(as-is showroom piece) was quoted at $ 1100. That was 10% of my order. I shopped at other stores in design district and they delivered excellent service from start to finish. They are plenty of stores to dress your home in, perhaps try to shop there before here. Or maybe you’ll have a better experience if you have a different representative. **update from two stars to four stars** Sales person acknowledged and sent a reply email. Very nice about it and yes, her college was extremely pleasant, nice and helpful. Thank you for your effort.
