Honestly, the food was pretty delicious. It’s the customer service that made me cringe. I’ve gone to this location a few times and I’ve always noticed that whenever I walk in, no one ever acknowledges me. It’s different when a person of latin descent walks in. They are greeted and treated kindly. I am not latin but I love latin food. I just wish that this place had better customer service.
I also agree with the previous poster. I ordered Chicharrones de Pollo as well and they said they were out! Huh? Fried Chicken? Pretty basic. Weird that they run out so often.

Okay peeps I have been informed that the stripper pole has been removed womp womp.
I have lowered the rating to 1 star because since my review I have tried unsuccessfully to order food twice!
The first time was a Saturday night at around 7:30pm, I ordered chicharones de pollo. I got a phone call 10 minutes later saying «sorry we don’t have chicken.» How do you not have a basic staple such as CHICKEN on a Saturday night?
The second time my husband called at 11:30am on a weekday to ask for their lunch specials. He was told they had just opened and didn’t even know of they were going to be able to serve lunch that day!
Then again what should I have expected from a place that once had a stripper pole. (sigh)
