Damaged 3 dress shirts with a burn mark on all. Total Carelessness. They only paid us $ 10 per damaged shirt

This is a nice neighborhood store that I have been coming to for quite some time. I come there mainly for stitching and sewing services. The woman who runs the store is super nice, and really knows what she is doing and the prices are very reasonable.
They are located in the same plaza as CVS and a lot of other stores. They are in the corner on the east side of CVS and Roasters and Toasters. If you need to get any type of work done, dry cleaning, you should try this place.

warning!!! do not go to this dry cleaner.
–they ruined my $ 175 dress and lied claiming it was like that already when it was not.
–wouldn’t give me the money back for the dress claiming it wasn’t worth $ 175 even after the dress store owner called the lady that owns it.
–when i went to pick up my other clothes that were also getting cleaned she made no effort to compensate for the dress and still charged me for my remaining items.
–when i went to picked up the remaining items she argued with me and told me that’s all that i have here when the blue ticket slip clearly said 8 shirts 1 jacket. why give people slips if you aren’t giving them the right order) when she went to look again she found my missing shirts and was unapologetic.
–decided to give her one last try last week with my blose and skirt. she told me to come tuesday evening and i decided to come thursday instead. soon as i walked in without even looking if my order came she said it wasn’t there after she told me to come tues eve as stated on the ticket. i left and she ran outside with my clothes after deciding to go look in the bank.
paid my money and left. never again.
